High quality machine — be sure to always buy fresh beans. The price tag is worth it especially with internal tamp. Milk frothing will be a learning curve but will come with practice. (Easy to clean)

The buttons to brew the coffee are failing, Tjhe 2 cup button starts working by itself without any interaction, and this can happen at any time, sometines when I am brewing it stops and restart by itself doubling the brewing time. I opened a ticket with Breville, they want me to record the issue, but it can happen often or take 15 minutes iddle and then it start brewing without anyone touching it,

Does not grind well and the tamping method does not produce good results all the time sometimes the coffee granules get stuck on it.
