recently purchased the Breville Impress Espresso Machine and have been very satisfied with its performance. As an espresso enthusiast, I appreciate the quality and consistency this machine delivers. The espresso shots are rich and flavorful, with a beautiful crema on top, rivaling those from my favorite coffee shops. The design of the Breville Impress is sleek and modern, fitting nicely into my kitchen decor. The machine is user-friendly, with intuitive controls that make it easy to use, even for beginners. I particularly love the precision of the built-in grinder, which allows for customizable grind settings to suit different types of beans and preferences. One of the standout features is the steam wand, which froths milk to a silky, microfoam texture that’s perfect for lattes and cappuccinos. However, it does take a bit of practice to get the technique just right. The only drawback I’ve noticed is that the machine can be a bit noisy during operation, particularly when grinding beans and frothing milk. Additionally, the water reservoir could be larger, as frequent refilling is required if you’re making multiple drinks in one go. Overall, the Breville Impress Espresso Machine is an excellent investment for any coffee lover. It combines ease of use with high-quality results, making it a great addition to any home barista’s setup. Despite a few minor inconveniences, it delivers impressive performance and delicious espresso every time.

This is a great espresso machine! It is straightforward to use. Once you get it set just right it gives you a consistent good espresso every time! Set up was easy. If you want a consistently good espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc. this is a really good option. It is much quieter than other machines I have had when grinding the beans. The steam wand can be a little loud if you are using it in the wrong position, but that is expected.

The Breville Barista Pro offers some really great features for the at home barista, and coffee enthusiast, such as the Thermojet technology and the four hole steam wand. The unit requires some patience to get dialed in, but once you have down, it makes some amazing coffee. If you dont want to learn the craft of espresso, you may want to consider the Breville Impress version because it takes out a lot of the guess work. One thing I learned about this unit is that there is an “inner” grinder setting which I needed to adjust to get the correct grind for the coffee I was using. After watching many videos, and a lot of wasted shots, I think I’ve got it! Overall, I am very happy with the unit and would recommend it to others. A few upgrades I wish the unit would come with is a lever instead of a dial for the steam wand control, a bottomless portafilter, and a dosing cup. Hope this review helps!

I’m totally blown away by this compact espresso machine. It is very thoughtfully and skillfully made for those who want a quality espresso with the least amount of effort. Assisted tamping mechanism is what makes all the difference. Fantastic job Breville!

Breville Impress does a great job, pretty easy after the setup period which was s little frustrating but lots of good videos helped make it happen. Easy to operate now with consistent “Long Coffee” each morning now. Steam wand is a learning process, and you need to diligent in cleaning.

It’s a great coffee machine and looks pretty fancy in the kitchen. Makes great latte and I like the steamer. Couple issue I have been having is even though the tamper says ideal dose, the extraction isn’t perfect. Sometimes it fills just fine and sometimes it doesn’t. I did notice that the grinder/tamper system itself took sometime to adjust the ideal dose level. So i will give a check on this in a month or so. Overall good product.

After a long and exhaustive search, we landed this machine. we focused on quality, ease of use and some level of manual work, super automatic were out of the questions. What made buy it is the tamper, totally gets rid of the mess of grinding and tamping. Countertop is always coffee free. The tamper is worth the upgrade. Makes great coffee, Best buy delivers great service.

The programmable timer is a convenient feature for busy mornings. Cleanup is simple with removable parts. A great value for daily coffee drinkers looking for reliability and taste in one machine.

I am IN LOVE with this machine! I had been looking into purchasing an espresso machine for months before finally buying the bullet. I was intimidated and unsure if I would be able to properly use one as I had been using one button coffee machines most of my life. Let me tell you, this machine is easy to use and makes a PERFECT shot of espresso every time. The price point was a little high but I decided to go for it anyway and I have not regretted it at all! Best Buy ended up putting it on sale for $200 less a few weeks later and they honored the new price and gave me a refund for the difference. If you want a powerful, reliable espresso machine that is easy and intuitive, buy this one for sure!

Was surprised to open it up and find everything i needed to easily pull a next level shot of espresso. Once you have it dialed in with the beans of your choice the machine doses automatically and pull the shot automatically keeping the morning routine quick. Loving it so far.

This is one of the best purchases ever. We will never drink pod coffee again. If you like good coffee, this is the way to go.

Makes great coffee, and the tamping tool is incredibly helpful. It can be a little finnicky to dial in the right grind size, seems like the default they recommend isnt necessarily the best for all coffees.

THIS IS THE BEST MACHINE FOR THE PRICE. NOT SURE YOU CAN EXPECT ANYTHING MORE FROM A RESIDENTIAL GRADE MACHINE. IT HANDLES OLD AND FRESH BREWED BEANS WITH EASE. ONCE DIALED IN THIS IS A GREAT MACHINE. IVE HAD MINE GOING ON 2 YEARS WITHOUT ISSUES MAKING 2-4 LATTATES A DAY.
