Easy to use, looks nice, great product, expensive though

Easy to use ! It’s magnificent !! Love it !! Love espresso all the time

The easiest machine we have used to make a latte or espresso. However, my biggest complain is figuring out how to set the espresso range. We have tried increasing and decreasing the grinding but sometimes it works sometimes we can’t get the right range. For the price, you would want the machine to automatically get the right grinding to get the espresso range and get the best taste out of your coffee.

Really good if you like to make your coffee very particularly. My wife enjoys the process and the taste

I am a new barista, and it is great for people who have no idea what they are doing. It is great to everything all in one, and has ways of customizing items as my knowledge hopefully increases

The impress model really does impress. The tamping is so much cleaner than having to do by hand

Really great machine. Love the integrated tamper. Takes the guesswork out of the dosing and the pressure to tamp down the espresso. Once you dial it in (grind and volume) it makes an amazing espresso. Take the time to follow all the instructions. It's totally worth it.

Love it get the tamper option makes the perfect puck lets you know when it’s just right makes it way better than paying for it out awesome Machine even how you store the accessories don’t hesitate like I did for years

I love this machine. I am amazed at how easy it is to get this unit adjusted to make the perfect espresso, latte, iced coffee and such. If you watch the videos on youtube it will put you miles ahead. This machine is worht every penny.

All in one machine makes espressos and lattes easy. We have been using our unit for up to 3 lattes a day for 2 years with absolutely no issues. Maintenance is very simple. Registering the product gets you freebies as well!
