The built-in press makes the process cleaner. While, you can get other cheaper machines, the lack of pods will save you money in the long run and is better for the environment. The taste is great but is subjective to your taste. I gave this machine 5 stars based on getting the extended care warranty. Breville boilers break down after 2-3 years so the replacement plan is worth it.

Very helpful staff easy to communicate with and very relatable. The espresso machine itself has already been sent for maintenance within the first year (malfunction with the grinder) but it is very easy to operate.

It did take me quite some time to get the right grind size and amount. I have to tweak it every week or so but it is a great machine and very easy to use!
