I really like this but it has a few issues that i cant seem to get right even when i have tried to correct it .. The pressure that makes the expresso wont give me two shots i have put the ground to fine and then went through a whole bag of beans doing so just to get it somewhat close still have to change it seems like every other day

This has been my favorite purchase of 2023. It works great! Be forewarned that it has a lot of options and variations that you can bring to your espresso beverages. It will take a little bit of trial and error to gauge the right way to make your drink the way you want. Your choice of beans is important.

tapping is a good added feature. but the extraction could be better . grinder is amazing . puck should be designed better.

Good consumer level unit, comparing against our old commercial unit with a boiler tank the steam wand takes forever though. The grind and press work well, and the coffee comes out hot and consistent. This makes very little mess as the grounds are contained and spillage is minimal.

I upgraded from the Barista Express. It was great, but getting the right amount of beans and tamping to always get good pressure seemed hit or miss. This takes care of that! No spilled grounds, no tamping and re-tampning. I get a perfect puck and perfect pressure every time since the firs try.

Overall a very good product, new press technology needs to improve, sometime it gets stuck.

I got this to replace my five year old Barista Express. Quite a step up! It learns to grind the dosage of beans consistently and the tamping is very uniform. I am very happy.

I love my morning coffee and this coffee maker is by far the best I've owned! One little thing they could improve on is the cleaning instructions. Other than that it's super easy to use and I highly recommend.

Does a great job at brewing. Coffee puck sometimes will stick when you take the porta filter off. Just getting the frothing down to a science is a challenge.

I ordered this but it was going to take longer than I wanted to wait, so Icancelled this and changed to the Touch. I ended up changing that too

The automatic tamper is a great feature that shows if you have the correct amount of beans and learns over time to automatically dispense the right amount. Clean up is easy.

Made decent espresso and milk frother worked well…for about 5 months. The grinder system broke, the bolt came loose and fell into the grinding area, and after spending several hours on the phone with customer service, we ultimately had to send it in to be repaired. After receiving it back, 3 weeks later it has broken again. We haven’t even owned it for a full 6 months yet. Really surprised and disappointed in the quality of this machine, particularly given the cost and others good ratings.

I love the grindwer. It provides consistent and reliable dosing. I dont use the razor anymore (compare with other models). Warms up quickly
