Great machine, but definitely takes a lot of practice to get the perfect cup of espresso. The beans you use also affect the taste and strength. Practice, practice, practice! Otherwise the machine is easy to set up and use

This machine makes a great cup of espresso and latte every time. No more disappointing lattes that are really just espresso and hot milk. I can get excellent body to the steamed milk and make a creamy delicious latte. A trick to getting the filter basket out if it seems hard to remove is to run cold water in the filter if it's hot. Then it becomes easier to remove.

LOVE my new Breville Pro Espresso machine! There is definitely a bit of a learning curve with this machine, but it is WELL WORTH the time and effort as the coffee is better than my local coffee shop. This machine will pay itself off within a year with the amount of coffee I was purchasing. Plus I LOVE that there is no waste with pods. So glad I took the plunge!

Unfortunately now my caffeine addiction is even greater lol. I love this thing, simple easy to use and care for. Much cheaper than my old coffee runs in the long term.

Great overall machine for home or at a small church. This is the second one I've bought and they both have had no problems. Machine can take sometime to get adjusted to the diesired coffee. But once it's set the coffee is very consistent.

The machine is beautiful, nice finishes, the quality of the espresso is very good, better than most overpriced coffe shops. It has learning curve, isnt plug and play, if you want a good quality espresso you need to change the settings, but one you get the hang of it, you’ll love it.

Pretty decent espresso machine once you know how to use it.

I was a little nervous about spending so much money on an espresso machine. I have no regrets. We have made about 4 lattes a day since I purchased it as a 12 year wedding gift for my spouse. Very easy to learn and easy to use. Frothing milk took some practice. I am just hoping that at this price we can get several years out of it.

I spent a little more than I originally planned to get a better machine and I'm so glad I did. This makes great espresso and it's really easy to use.

This is the best Coffee makers ever I love it for now.

I’m pretty much a novice when it comes to espresso, but I feel like this thing pulls really good shots. I was patient and took my time dialing it in, but am happy with the outcome. My only real knock is that the steam wand seems to release a bit too much water in the process…a very “wet” steam. But it’s acceptable and I’ll keep practicing in hopes of doing the best that I can with what it will do.

I have had different experience with expresso machines, but I love this expresso machine the best. I put it through various types of expresso beans and it was so wonderful. It is well built and so easy to use.

I don't care what anyone says. This is it. Under $1.5K this is the best machine on the market. IT IS HEAVY DUTY, consistent, and high quality. I used an earlier version nearly every day for 3 years. Upgraded to a high end machine and missed this line. So now I'm back. Do it, you can't beat it.

I upgraded from a Nespresso machine to this. Initially yes this machine is expensive, but overall it’s cheaper than Nespresso. It took some trial and error dialing in the beans and the tamping, but the morning cappuccinos taste fantastic.

Amazing machine and so easy to use. Makes perfect espresso every time.
