A machine with a heart. More than the price of most starter espresso machines, but every part of it seems to have been designed to deliver the best coffee for the price.

After two weeks of use, I would judge this as a good entry-level espresso machine for the average at-home Americano, etc. drinker. I'm still learning, but my BIGGEST complaint by far is the lack of a pressure gauge. How am I as a novice supposed to learn how to tweak my technique? If I had to do it over again, I would buy a different model (maybe even the Express, despite the slower heating time). How does the more basic model (Express) have a pressure gauge, but the Pro model does not? That's baffling to me. I saw it was digital, but I still assumed it would show the pressure!

This machine is great! I really love the 3 second warm up time, it really is convenient for when you need a delicious drink really quickly. I have been a barista for 9 years so it’s been easy to work with and dial it in. I will say I taught my wife the basics of working the machine and she was able to pick it up very easily. All around great machine. The only recommendation or issue I have with the machine is the grinder. It’s slow, and sometimes I have to waste about 4 shots trying to get the right grind size.

Easy to use and clean. Had it for 6 months and all features work wonderfully.

This thing is awesome. I was worried about spending the money but I would do it again in a heart beat. Take the time to learn how to dial it in correctly.
