I'm still learning, but my BIGGEST complaint by far is the lack of a pressure gauge. How am I as a novice supposed to learn how to tweak my technique? If I had to do it over again, I would buy a different model (maybe even the Express, despite the slower heating time). How does the more basic model (Express) have a pressure gauge, but the Pro model does not? That's baffling to me. I saw it was digital, but I still assumed it would show the pressure!

Worth every penny

I really love the 3 second warm up time, it really is convenient for when you need a delicious drink really quickly. I have been a barista for 9 years so it’s been easy to work with and dial it in. I will say I taught my wife the basics of working the machine and she was able to pick it up very easily. All around great machine. The only recommendation or issue I have with the machine is the grinder. It’s slow, and sometimes I have to waste about 4 shots trying to get the right grind size.
