There’s things I love about this machine and things that I believe could use some improvement. Once you dial in your shots, it’s wonderful flavor. However, paying $1,000 for this machine I shouldn’t have issues with it turning on or the fact that majority of this machine is plastic. I would expect more stainless steal for this price point. Again, I do love the flavor from this machine but there’s definitely room for improvement here.

This is one of greatws purchases ever made that had ROI with fun as well. Super wuality cofee in the morning wirh ease. My 5yo son can operate it as well. Easy and quality build.

Once you adjust the grind settings, it is FANTASTIC! I’m not a coffee snob, but Folgers doesn’t cut it anymore. I have an Ode grinder/pourover setup that I’ve been using for a couple of years. I finally wanted to get into the espresso game, but not sure how or what to get. This machine is perfect for someone who wants to enjoy great coffee, but doesn’t have the time/support to use all the frills of a standard machine. I recommend changing the grind settings inside the hopper before using. I thought I’d only have to adjust the knob on the side, but it wasn’t enough.

This machine has a big price tag, but seems easily worth it through the first month. My wife nor I have bought a single coffee since we plugged it in. Last time I made a plain coffee in our other machine I actually dumped it out because it just wasn’t the same. I think it pays itself off in a years time. Buy it, learn it, love it.

As a novice barista, I really enjoy this! I debated between the barista touch impress and decided to go for this because of the large price difference. I was worried about the mess of tamping, but the included cone really helps with the mess. Cleaning the machine does take time, but it’s worth it. I haven’t been to a coffee shop since I purchased it unless I was away!

I absolutely love this machine! It is great for first timers who have no clue how to make espressos! The only downside to purchasing this machine is that it is now $200 cheaper than when I bought it a month ago. I would highly recommend this to anyone who’s on the fence about buying it the touchscreen makes it easy and it has a tutorial in the beginning, which helps you understand and create different settings when you are making your drinks.

I am new to espresso and I love this machine! I am never looking back.

I love this machine been divating for a while what machine to buy and I fell in love with the digital and so far I love the way it works I’m actually drinking to much of it that it’s nice it has different expresso cup sizes so I lower the dose of caffeine from two to one shot of expresso I recommend prize wasn't that bad considering the things it has

Loving it! Feeling like a barista everyday morning and drinking some of the best coffee’s. Had a super automatic espresso machine prior to this that stopped making frothed milk in 2 months. With the breville, loving the customization with the grind size, brew time, grind time to suit different beans. The automatic frother is great. The latte is so rich and creamy. Overall definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality espresso machine.

Great product but you need to spend a lot of time to tune it for a great espresso shot.

Yes! Its easy as it gets but it the touch is overrated. Other than some visual context and ease of settings it doesnt do much. Definitely do not confuse this machine for nespresso, you still require all knowledge of how to get an espresso right.

Bought this as a mother's day gift for my wife. What a life changer (if you are a coffee lover that is)! The quality it delivers is amazing. It takes a bit of learning but worth it. Definitely would recommend to any coffee lovers out there!

Great product, the only issue is the bean grinder or hopper seems to get jammed.. quick cleaning usually fixes the issue

Wow! I love this machine, or should I call it an instrument? I was so hesitant on buying this for so long but after dropping loads of cash at Starbucks every week I figured it was time. This is my first espresso machine and it is phenomenal. I’ve had this unit for about 1-2 months now and I still look forward to using it everyday. This unit is so easy to use once you get the grind tuned in to your favorite coffee. It looks, feels, and works like a well made product. I wish I would have made this purchase years ago.

If you buy this coffee maker, you'll never want to buy coffee from coffee shops again! The taste, the process, the crema, freedom over beans are just a few good things I can count. It fits well on the counter top and under the cabinet and it is beautiful. The only thing that I'm unhappy about is the grind outlet. The grinded coffee somehow overflows, no matter how many seconds you put your setting. It could probably be redesigned to be more efficient. Otherwise, this machine is perfect.
