This is the best coffee machine. I like this coffee machine because easy to use and clean.

My business is an office setting with 7 employees plus daily clients, and we have struggled for years to find a good coffee option. I am morally opposed to single-use coffee machines, and a traditional coffee pot really doesn't work well nowadays. We decided to splurge on the Barista Touch and could not be happier. The machine is extremely simple and user-friendly to operate, easy to clean/maintain, and of course the coffee quality is SUBSTANTIALLY better than anything you'll find with a Keurig. It may cost more initially, but the long-run costs of a machine like this are much less than a single-use setup, and this machine will break down much slower than those other options (we had to replace 3 Keurigs in 5 years FYI).

We love this so much that we only brew our own coffee now. Extremely easy to use and we have not had any issues.

I have had two Breville Barista Express since 2008. The second one is still working, I just wanted to upgrade and give the Express to my daughter for her place. I’m so glad I upgraded. The quality of the brew and ease of use is way more convenient than the Express. And the milk froth for my capuccino has never been better. I could never get that type of cosnistent quality froth in my days with the Express. So glad I upgraded! This machine is amazing.

This espresso has been amazing. At first I received what may have been refurbished as it was shipped to me and when trying to use it- it would not grind the espresso beans and stated "overheating" I returned and got the one at the store (thankfully they had one in stock) has been worki great

I'm really impressed. I'm a first time buyer, long time watcher! Once you dial in the ground settings, you off and running. It's so nice to walk up, ground fresh, have the perfect pour, and let it steam the milk for you! definitely check out social media and the reviews of how the "pros" do it. Don't be shy!! Jump in and enjoy!! Buy the recommend accessories, it only improves the experience and ease of use.

I’m very impressed with this coffee maker! It’s sleek, easy to use, and brews a delicious cup of coffee every time. The design is modern and fits perfectly in my kitchen. My only suggestion would be for the coffee to come out a bit hotter, but overall, it’s a fantastic product. Highly recommended!

I bought a cheap one and immediately returned it when it was almost impossible to get a good drink after 6 attempts. I read the reviews on this and decided to invest some money. Worth every penny. Morning coffee is a luxury experience now.

I rarely write reviews, but this machine is my favorite purchase in years. So simple to use, but just enough of the "barista experience" to put some routine into the coffee experience. The coffee is soooo good. We received it last Tuesday, had our first cappuccino within an hour (counting unboxing, cleaning, etc.), and haven't stopped using it since. Fantastic purchase. Well worth the price. And I researched all of the options...for the best flavor, operation, maintenance, and cost, this machine cannot be beat.

So far so good. It makes a great cup of espresso. I do wish I had gotten the 500 series. I do t think the extra bells and whistles are worth the extra money. Plus I’m afraid the digital screen will mess up before the knobs on the other version would. But I do love it. Another thing—it’s been very difficult for me to get the grind perfect for the brew. I finally gave up (after wasting a lot of coffee beans) and just use the pre ground espresso.
