I’m glad i’ve decided to buy this Espresso Machine easy to use and the the best part of it looks elegant and it looks good on my counter, the touch screen is so easy to use, I don’t need to go Starbucks to buy coffee anymore i can make my Favorite Caramel Machiatto and Latte, totally recommend this machine.

This Machine is awesome. You get the same if not better quality coffee that you would at a coffee shop. It does take some dialing in but once you figure out your grind and pour settings, you have a nice cup of espresso.

Awesome Espresso Machine with perfect blend of automation and manual control. The boiler heats up within 10 secs of turning on. I race my wife every morning...me making a cappuccino with the Barista Touch and her making a Keurig K-Mini Coffee Machine....I win every time even after clean up! The mile frothing is also really good in automation (with the right milk - test around), but you always have the option to use in manual mode. As with all grinders, you have to readjust with each new batch of beans. Overall AWESOME PRODUCT!

Great product. The only reason that I gave it a 4-star review and not 5 is because the milk frother function doesn’t work when it comes to the temperature very well. If you put it in to heat up to 170°, it’ll stop around 150°.

So easy to use! We have had this machine for a month now and neither my husband or I have bought a coffee out since purchasing. We make delicious lattes and americano coffees right at home. Having this coffee machine in my kitchen motivates me to get up in the morning. So happy with our decision to purchase it.

My breville has changed the way I look at coffee after dialing it in for my choice of coffee etc which was super easy, no other coffee from anywhere is good enough. I can’t recommend it enough!!

This coffee maker is beautiful! Easy to use and even without knowledge you can make a great espresso. It takes some time to understand how to grind the grain, but the machine is excellent.

Use this machine every single day. I literally go to bed thinking about my morning coffee, it's just that good!

I really like this. It has been super easy to use. Used to spend lots of money walking to local coffee shop, now I hardly go (maybe on weekends when I’m out and about). Only issues I have: - sometimes the coffee grinds spill over towards the end of the grinding - when using the hot water, it will steam up the screen (usually block it with towel or hand if longer than 10 seconds - I.e using for tea) - not sure when I need to clean / descale. Is it truly that often? Seems unlikely, but uncertain.

I was a bit intimidated by this machine and th le idea if concocting my own drinks at home. With the purchase of a few ingredients and this machine I have been able to whip up all my regular picks from my super expensive coffee shop. It’s super easy to use and delivers a better tasting drink than the coffee shop.

This is a wonderful espresso machine! It warms up and is ready to go within 3 seconds of turning on the device. The grinder is adjustable to make the beans as coarse or smooth as you want and can be timed for a single/double pour. Additionally, the heat-sensing frother does it right every time. We originally had a Phillips Automatic Espresso Machine, but I will never go back to anything like that after using this.

I absolutely loved this machine until after only having it for a month and a half, it started shutting down out of nowhere while either brewing or frothing. I'm kicking myself for not purchasing the insurance on this $800 machine. Now I must call the company to trouble shoot this. Atleast there is a 2 year manufacturer warranty. Fingers crossed. I needed this to last a long time :)

I got my machine 1 month ago. I've had so many issues with it. - hot water is not hot! It's just lukewarm. my americanos come out at 145 F on average. I can just drink the whole glass at once because it's not hot. I tried warming everything up by running the machine once without coffee, but not a whole lot difference. The highest I ever got to was 150 F. - The automatic frothing (which is the whole reason I got this machine) is miserably broken. It only gives me a watery milk at the bottom, and lots of bubbles and foam over the top. None of that silky milk texture that you need in order to have a proper latte. Take a look at he photos, this is as good as the automatic frothing of the milk gets. - The group head is misplaced and a little too high, I have to fill my portafilter with 22 grams of coffee (rather than 18) to have a proper puck. My friend got the same machine 2 weeks after this, and he doesn't have these issues. His americano is at 170 degrees, milk is always silky, and pucks are filled with exactly 18 grams of coffee. I have contacted them, but I haven't felt the support that I was hoping for yet. We will be doing a video chat with the support to see if things can be fixed. I have a lot of Breville products and I considered them the best. But this experience has changed my mind and I think I'll have to switch to another brand.

Best purchase in YEARS! No more leaving early for work to stop and get coffee on my way to work.. Honestly, this machine paid for itself in like 6 months by not going to starbucks for my drinks! This thing (along with a person who knows how to make an awesome machiato) is fast and delicious. When my dad came to visit, he couldnt stop being fascinated by how fast it makes a cup of just regular coffee. And the freshness.....amazing. Had it for over a year now and have not had a single glitch out of the thing....still working like a DREAM!

This machine is so easy to use, even for an amateur. Was able to program our custom drinks so easily. Worth the buy.
