This is the best purchase I've made in a long time. Easy to use, makes excellent hot coffee! Well worth the money.

All the features and controls are electronic. Simple to use with water filter included as well as damper for coffee grinded and also warms milk!!!

The jury's still out on Self tamping?

I have heard nightmarish reviews of multiple repairs being needed when it's used daily so the jury is still out! But so far it's performing as well as the top model with a lot of practice from us

Great Machine

Not only do we use it every day but it is awesome. I highly recommend if you want great coffee drinks without having to be a master. Machine is super easy to use. Highly recommend.

This one was too difficult for me to operate, but it does produce a great cup of coffee. I am only a casual coffee drinker, and I think this machine is more suited for those who are more "Barista" oriented.
