A Pain to Use

The only thing automatic here are the reservoirs for water and beans. Catching the grounds and then moving them to the hot water drip is a pain. Nobody wants to stand there and pay attention to make coffee. To make matters worse, the stupid handle that holds the grounds dips so low below the water spout that only munchkin sized tea cups can be used to catch the coffee. Half the coffee mugs in my house won’t fit this machine.
