    If you can afford it, get a different model that dispenses coffee and the grounds without manual intervention. The only thing automatic here are the reservoirs for water and beans. Catching the grounds and then moving them to the hot water drip is a pain. Nobody wants to stand there and pay attention to make coffee. To make matters worse, the stupid handle that holds the grounds dips so low below the water spout that only munchkin sized tea cups can be used to catch the coffee. Half the coffee mugs in my house won’t fit this machine.

    It makes amazing drinks. I pay $6- dollars for this type of coffee at Starbucks and now I can make it at home. It will pay for itself in 6 months.

    Loving it, no need for a trip to coffee shops.. experimenting in different coffee flavors is fun and it’s user friendly.
