    Best Buy would not honor their price match policy. Im returning this item. Dont know how this company stays in business with their poor policies. I will shop almost anywhere else in the future.

    As an espresso novice, this machine has been incredible! Easy to set up and use once you get your settings right. You can make coffee shop quality drinks right at home. Definitely like and would recommend to anyone in the market for a high-end espresso machine.

    So far working great. Only downside so far is Milk steamer doesn’t get as hot as I would like.

    This espresso machine is amazing! After a few test shots and dialing in, I’m making delicious flat whites. I love being able to customize my drinks and the ability to texture milk automatically or manually depending on how involved I want to be.

    Breville Barista Espresso Machine

    Mine stop working after a year, seal went bad, sent it off to Breville to get seal replaced they charged me $249.00 to put a seal in it was a $6 part . Got it back now water is leaking out the back. How do you replace a seal and not check and make sure everything is ok. Very UPSET.

    Worth the Splurge

    I finally broke down and splurged on this espresso machine. I love it! It took me a handful of times to get the hang of it, but it is actually pretty easy. My guests over the holidays were impressed! It looks pretty in my counter.

    Really poor coffee. Wasted a lot of coffee. My cheaper $150 espresso machine brewed better coffee on it. Their support is good but spent a lot of time on it. I’d rather buy this through a different retailer who has 30 day return window than being stuck with a 14 day return window on BestBuy. At least I’d be able to return. Unfortunately, I missed my return window in going back and forth with Breville customer support.

    Not worth the price tag, cheap plastic parts.

    So hard to get a good latte. Espresso was too watery or too dark / bitter, no matter what grind settings we tried. After wasting so much coffee beans, water and milk, we returned it for a refund. Last but not least, most of the coffee maker parts were built with cheap plastic. Not worth the $799 price tag.

    Pretty solid machine for beginner

    The machine is well built with this price. The coffee taste pretty good, through it requires some practice at the beginning. I love that it allows both automatic and manual frothering, and it’s pretty good and easy!

    I love it. The temperatures are easy to read. I can froth the milk faster than the previous model which lasted me over 10 years. I am able to program by name how much and for how long to make the expresso.

    Six months into this purchase and the machine has no water pressure. I’m giving it 2 stars because when it was working properly, it pulled a delicious shot. Almost the best I’ve had. Will update after my experience with the warranty department

    As thr title mentions, broke after a 1.5 years of service. The milk sensor wire snapped with replacement parts hard to come by

    One star for working well for 3 months. One day it started to make loud noise and stopped brewing completely the next day. I have descaled twice and nothing works. Contacted Breville (wait time over one hour for every call) for an exchange of machine but was told that they are out of stock for the next 3 weeks. Delivery was also bad as it was shipped in the original box and box was half damaged by the time it arrived. Overall, it has been a very negative experience given the price of this machine.

    coffee was watery, selections were limited, cannot adjust much, too complicated to make a cup of desired coffee, too expensive, glad to be able to return it.
