Faulty Design, Poor Quality, Overpriced

Error code ER05, related to a faulty milk temperature sensor. With the device and ingredients, this thing costs about $6 per drink. Go to Pete's and save yourself time and money!

Lasted 6 months!!! Breville Barista Touch

Ran the descale cycle and now no water moves through it. Spent a lot of money to have a reliable machine, and now I feel my money was not well spent.

It takes a great amount of my strength to get the portafilter to its proper position. The entire machine moves as I try to turn it into position. I think there is a defect in the unit Best Buy sent me. There are times too when the filter remains stuck in the machine. I plan to return it. Really disappointed they would sent a defective product to one their Best Buy Elite customers.

Skip this unless you want an overpriced machine

I've owned good espresso machines, this is not one. Plus BestBuy claimed they shipped it and they didn't, then it came very late. The entire transaction has been unsatisfactory.
