Air frier is simple, microwave even a caveman could operate (no offense). Convection oven hasn’t had as much use, but super easy. Just buy one already!!!

The oven setting and microwave are amazing. The air fryer needs improvement but once you master it then it's easy to use

I contacted customer service shortly after and they created a claim but I never heard back from them. They sell a new crisp pan for $122 but I shouldn't have to buy a new one.

The only downside is the inside of the unit gets discolored after using the combination feature. Unless you're OCD, this is a great choice!
