I needed a small countertop micro after my two year old LG died. Love this little micro, it’s quiet and looks nice.

Purchased from Best Buy in January, 2020. The lifespan of this microwave was disappointing. We appreciated the simplicity of the controls, and relatively low height which made it possible to store this microwave in an under countertop microwave shelf. Unfortunately, within the year, the soft close door would no longer shut without slamming. We contacted Breville and were sent a replacement under warranty. Soon after, we began running into similar issues intermittently, but lived with it to avoid the hassle of returning yet another microwave. After 2 years and 4 months split across two microwaves, one of the door latches broke off (pictured). The latch likely triggers a sensor to operate the microwave, and without it, the microwave is completely disabled. We contacted Breville and were told that we were out of warranty, would need to pay $109 to send in and repair, and could not get the part to fix on our own. Buyer Beware.

Happy with this microwave. Especially like the mute feature and the soft, automatic close of the door. No more annoying beeping. Works well, easy to use knob feature and looks good too.

This microwave is everything it was advertised to be: soft close works well, no more CLACK, opening and closing, and the mute button for the timer is a godsend, no more BEEP, BEEP, BEEP. Stays cleaner too, with the stainless steel. Cooks faster than my 23+ year old Panasonic. I love it.

Love my new microwave! It fits in my new kitchen perfectly and does whatever I want it to do. And it’s soooo quiet. I’m very happy with it and even though it’s a bit pricey, so far it’s worth every cent I paid!

Our 10 year old Kenmore microwave died and we needed a new one quick. I searched for a compact one to fit our counter space. I narrowed the choice down to an LG and the Breville. This one was $50 more but I chose it for its quiet operation. The soft door close is a breakthrough - no typical microwave “clunk”, especially when my teenagers use it late at night. Also the mute function, eliminating all beeps and chimes. I have enough beeps in my day as it is. While I wasn’t able to compare side by side, it feels like the Breville is quieter than my old Kenmore when cooking as well. Glad I paid the extra $50. The timer knob is pretty cool too. My only disappointment is it’s kind of a flat gray rather than typical stainless cabinet, and doesn’t match our stainless Breville toaster oven as a result.

Love this appliance. It is blessedly quiet. The beeps can be muted. The soft close door is quiet, even if I forget and just close it The machine flashes END when it is finished. The inside blue light bothered me at first, but I have gotten used to it.

We love it! Perfect for our countertop! And that soft close feature is great too. The only thing is that it’s a bit weak due to the wattage, but for heating my coffee, it does its job.

Although it ooks small, it holds a full sized dinner plate. The door has a quiet door close so there is no loud bang. There isn't a timer guide, but if u have an idea how long to cook something, then it's no big deal. We love the micro, especially the quiet close.

This was way more than we expected to pay for a microwave, this size, but it is SOOOO Worth It!! It works great! It's so quiet. And the door has a soft close feature, that closes the door once it touches the microwave. We are loving it, so far!

Great power for small microwave! Frequent use and just as strong as our old microwave (twice the size)! Looks great on countertop silver on ALL sides!!! Will definitely buy this brand again.

I was skeptical but so glad I splurged and spent the few extra dollars for this microwave. Food taste so much better then what I have cooked in a microwave in the past! As other users have said, once used to how it works is fabulous! Looks great in the kitchen as well!

This is the perfect size if you are heating up nothing larger than dinner plates. The soft close and ability to mute the beeping is totally worth the price. Overall very happy with this purchase.
