So I was unable to use it. So disappointed! That being said, the return went pretty smoothly. I will purchase again when the item is fully stocked.

Just made a heap of flour/yeast/etc. I think it was the paddle - it is very poorly designed and does not seem to flap up and down when it is supposed to, or remove easily (we really strained to remove it). On the plus side, the dial interface was outstanding and intuitive. It looks great too. If that's important to you, this is your machine. But if you want to make bread, I recommend looking for something else.
