    We've owned several other breadmakers in the past. This one made great dough, but could not make bread. Just made a heap of flour/yeast/etc. I think it was the paddle - it is very poorly designed and does not seem to flap up and down when it is supposed to, or remove easily (we really strained to remove it). On the plus side, the dial interface was outstanding and intuitive. It looks great too. If that's important to you, this is your machine. But if you want to make bread, I recommend looking for something else.
