We are very happy with this coffee maker so far. It is easier to clean than our previous Cuisinart (grind-n-brew) and the controls allow lots of flexibility for different strength and brew volume.

This design is very beautiful and the carafe is really lovely stainless steel that keep coffee fresh and warm for hours.

love this grinder combo space saving and less mess for morning coffee

This thing is crap that makes crap coffee. I feel like if they just gave this to a couple people to try for a little bit that they would figure out that it’s junk. The only reason breville can sell this is because there are so many Breville groupies that’ll buy anything Breville. I guess I was one of those but I hate using it. The coffee pot is junk you have to pour it upside down with the lid on and it still makes a mess. The reservoir holds more than the coffee pot so you’ll make 2 trips to the sink if you want 12 cups of coffee. Plus the coffee it produces isn’t very good. Hate it. Dave yourself the hassle of returning it because it takes up less space and just get the other breville coffee maker.

This is an easy to use all in one grinder and coffee maker. You can use it for a single cup or for a pot. I love how easy it is to use. My wife loves a fresh ground cup in the morning.

We LOVE this coffee maker! High quality for sure. We love the auto mode with fresh grinding. It’s my new alarm clock!

We use it in our office and like the smell of fresh coffee everytine we use it. It is a little messy to clean, but still a great machine. We had a Nespresso machine before, but like thie Breville much better.

There is a learning curve to this coffee machine. Finally got it figured out for when I use whole beans and ground coffee. We like STRONG coffee, so it took time to get that recipe right. It's a bit much to clean all the components day to day. With that said....I enjoy that we can make a single cup serving during the week. For single cup serving, I replace the gold tone filter w/ a paper filter for easy cleanup. On the weekends, when we have more time, I use the gold tone filter and carafe and make a big pot. Overall: 5 Stars for versatility, 3 stars for price and learning curve.

Not good. It only lasted 14 months and stopped working. I wasted my money on this.

This product takes the worry out of making a good cup of coffee. Now I don’t have to worry every cup is great.

We are coffee lovers. This machine makes the best. It requires a little maintenance but worth the trouble.

Loved it. One of the best coffee maker i have ever had.

We ended up returning this coffee maker. The coffee it makes tastes great and there are certainly many options in grind and strength settings to get you the perfect cup. Where this maker fails is in the carafe. It’s a thermal carafe that doesn’t really keep the coffee hot. The directions say to preheat the carafe prior to brewing. Using our instant hot water tap we preheated the carafe about 15-20 minutes prior to starting the machine and the first cup was hot. Anything after that and the temperature drops quickly. After a few days of use we decided it wasn’t worth the cost and effort to not have hot coffee.

First off, this coffee maker makes a great cup of coffee. With that said, there is a lot of cleanup afterwards. Also, I was never able to use the carafe. After two attempts and the compartment overflowing creating a huge mess on my countertop, I gave up and returned it. I expected better from a Breville product.

My husband loves his coffee HOT and FRESH in the mornings. This definitely fits the bill.

The opening to the coffee pot is small so you cannot fit your hand in it to wash it out. Have to use a bottle brush or something similar.

Great coffee pot. This thing changes the entire coffee experience. Every pot is ground fresh and the coffee doesn't set on a burner to stay warm. The pot is thermo insulated so it doesn't burn and stays hot for hours
