Great coffee pot. This thing changes the entire coffee experience. Every pot is ground fresh and the coffee doesn't set on a burner to stay warm. The pot is thermo insulated so it doesn't burn and stays hot for hours

as long as you keep up with the maintenance on it that it requires cuz it'll tell you on the display this is an awesome coffee machine coffee is super strong got to turn it down a little bit but it's good thank you.

My only problem is to Expensive but make good coffee

I've had multiple Keurigs, Cuisinarts, and the Ninja Coffee Bar. This machine makes the best coffee I've ever had at home. I love all the customization one can do and how easy it is to do it. Very happy we chose this coffee maker.

Not as user friendly or is easy as the other reviews make it sound. unfortunately we're pretty disappointed in it and now we found out we are unable to return it which really sucks. Thought we had 30 days to return it and wanted to give it the best chance that we might like it now I have a $350 item I don't want

Unfortunately there was a funky taste to the coffee produced by this machine and my wife and I decided to return it, Thankfully Best Buy has an excellent return policy and we picked up another coffee maker and are happy.

Run far away from this horrible coffee maker! It brews WEAK coffee and esthetically speaking, is large, bulky and ugly. We returned it. Best Buy was awesome and didnt even ask why.
This is coming from someone who has owned coffee shops and knows a good cup of coffee!

Breville Grind Control Coffee Maker gets clogged

We would absolutely love this coffee maker except that it gets clogged. The coffee grinds correctly but then it fails to get the coffee into the basket properly. The shoot into the basket gets clogged regularly. It started to do this once per month then maybe once every two weeks, now it is every week without fail. After a lengthy conversation, Breville's answer is that the problem is my fault. Because I don't clean the matching by taking the entire grind assembly apart every day. That is their answer. Stay away from this pot is my advice.

I generally love Breville products. This "improved" grind control coffee maker SUCKS. The beans don't drop into the grinder properly, the calibration doesn't work, the customer service from Breville has been terrible

Terrible machine. Doesn’t make “hot” coffee and the bean hopper is continually plugging up. I went past Best Buy’s return date by a week and they wouldn’t take it back. Save your money
