Had one of these from maybe 2018 and it broke. So got another one — nothing else is as good.

Love the thermal keep hot for long time (over 6-8 hrs).

Great product needs a few more tweaks for perfection. Needs a warming tray- to keep the drink hot or to reheat. The programming should be customizable and let you set days Program an app so that you can set everything on your phone Add these 3 things and this would be perfect

Good coffee maker, generally. A few things about it that could be better. 1) it is high, so you need to pull it out from under the counter to fill it with beans and water 2) on 12 oz setting, it overflows making a mess on the counter.

We love this coffee maker, a little bit too big but the functions are worth it.

This is an amazing coffee pot. Fresh, great tasting cofffee with many options, can adjust strength and amount. Takes whole beans or ground coffee.

This is my second machine. I owned my previous one for over 8 years. In my opinion is the best one out there. The setting to adjust the strength of the Coffee is a great feature.

At first I was hesitant to buy a little expensive coffee maker. But when I read all the positive reviews I went ahead and bought it. Was worth every penny spent. Love it !!!

My husband’ loves it!! Best gift I ever bought him. Definitely worth the money. Easy to use & not as loud as some of the other coffee makers we’ve had in the past.

This is by far my favorite coffee maker. The coffee always tastes fresh. It grinds and brews to your specifications. Well worth the cost.

We are very happy with this coffee maker so far. It is easier to clean than our previous Cuisinart (grind-n-brew) and the controls allow lots of flexibility for different strength and brew volume.

This design is very beautiful and the carafe is really lovely stainless steel that keep coffee fresh and warm for hours.

I have had this coffee maker for just over a year now. Well, that isn’t entirely true, I exchanged it for a new one because the first one was defective. The part that closes with the coffee filter randomly popped open during the brew process spilling coffee everywhere several times. Customer service was great, they placed a hold on our credit card and shipped us a new one immediately and removed the hold when they got the old one back. I was very pleased with that part of my experience. However, this coffee maker is not worth the trouble. Every day after I make coffee, I have to scrub down the coffee chute or it will clog and not brew properly. Also, when I start my brew, the coffee doesn’t grind correctly. It starts grinding, then suddenly stops. Now I don’t mean the grinder, I mean the beans stop grinding. Basically, the beans stop sliding into the grinder so the coffee comes out more water than coffee. In theory, this machine should give the perfect coffee to water ratio, but when the beans don’t grind right, it tastes terrible. I find myself shaking the machine or manually pushing the beans down in order for it to grind right. I hate to give this coffee maker two stars, but for a $300 machine, I expect way more from it. When it does brew correctly, with manual intervention or not, the coffee does taste really good. I may try to exchange it one more time, but if it has the same brewing issues, I will take my business elsewhere.
