I love this kettle and it cooks water to different temperature. Great for Tea lover. Keep it in temperature for 20 mins. The reason I gave 4 stars was because the packing done by best buy was not acceptable. Good thing during the shipping process the kettle was not broken.

Very happy with this kettle, which I got after my old (much cheaper) one died. It’s comfortable to lift when full, and I like the temperature options for different types of tea. I’m especially pleased that it seems impervious to hard water. After multiple uses over several weeks, there’s no sign of hard water deposits inside. Another reviewer mentioned this, which seemed too good to be true, but my experience has been the same!

Very versatile with the various temperature settings. I like the super hot setting for making hot water to clean with too.

Absolute game changer for hot tea! This kettle is so easy, quiet and quick! I love that it let you choose the type of tea and heats to the proper temp. I get more color and flavor out of every sachet.

We really like the fact that since different types of hot drinks require different temperatures for best results, this kettle has them covered. In addition, it's easy to operate, so overall we are pleased with the suggestion a staff member provided.

This kettle makes tea so convenient and fast! I used to use the stove top and hand thermometer method, but this is just so quick and accurate in comparison. The keep warm fuction is a life saver, as I tend to make multiple pots.

I use this to heat water for coffee and tea. Tea seems to be better when brewed at the proper temp. I can get my hand in the opening on top for cleaning, wiping out. I wish the beeping was louder when ready. I have been using this product for only 1 month.

This kettle brews hot water in varying degrees depending on the item (I.e. tea or coffee). It’s pretty quick and I’ve had no issues using it for the past few months.

I purchased Breville's Electric Kettle (7 Cup) in stainless steel and was a great purchase! It is easy to use, easy to clean and great for everyday use to heat up water. It also looks great in my kitchen!

No guessing if you are at correct brewing temperature with this kettle. Makes all other brewing methods obsolete.

Well build and most importantly after using it for a while inside the kettle still clean and shiny just like the day I perched. That is a very good sign.

We upgraded from prior model. Really works great, well-insulated which buffers sound and maintains heat. Base allows for adjustable temps which is great!
