This heats hotter and more evenly than a toaster. It also does a great job on heating leftovers, esp. pizza, without heating up the entire kitchen with a regular oven.

The only suggestion for improvement is that the completion sound indicator be a little louder so that I can hear it over the tv.

I made a pick up in the Best Buy parking lot. The only negative was the parking lot was rather full and I had to park in a spot not designated for pick-up.

Just want a small toaster oven like the one I’ve had for about 15 years that does basic tasks without all the bells and whistles of a large oven. Just keep it simple and do it right! I read the owner’s manual and didn’t even use it once.boxed it up and took it back to the store.
