This is far the best coffee maker we have every had, coffee stay hot for hours. Makes great tasting coffee

Very good coffee, machine, nice and quiet I have many products of this manufacture. They are all good products.

Replaced Bonavita, which worked well for 5 years. I like the extra capacity and customizable options on this Breville. It is SCA certified, meaning it can brew at proper temp. It has a showerhead which soaks grinds better and an AUTO TIMER....comes in handy. Easy to clean, even though carafe is not detachable. This is my NEW goto coffee maker, so far...follow the formula and the coffee is delicius. THAT is the ultimate test.

I'm primarily a cold brew coffee drinker. I was excited to try this product because of the marketing which claimed it makes cold brew. We currently use a KitchenAid cold brew maker that works great in larger batches, but I was curious if this unit would make prep and cleanup easier. While it is capable of making cold brew, it limits you to 600ml max. This is not made clear in the marketing for the product. The ice coffee setting also has a 600ml limit. It does make a great cup of hot coffee, but I don't believe it's worth the high price given how little cold brew & iced coffee it's capable of making. I wish these details were present in the marketing for the product, it would have changed my purchase decision.

Best coffee maker I've ever had although the first one that came in seemed to be a used model so I returned it and bought another one.

My only complaint is that I didn't get one sooner. This thing has so many settings and methods of brewing that I have yet to try, but their "gold standard" setting makes one of the best cups of coffee I've had from a drip machine. It brews consistently and quickly. I also love that the steel carafe doesn't burn coffee that sits for a bit. It will cool off eventually, but honestly, if your coffee is sitting for that long, you should brew smaller batches more often. I love this thing.

I was nervous about the price. But, it's well worth it. It makes the best cup of coffee. It's also super easy to clean it which I love. This is a must try.

Been using this coffee pot for several weeks now. Did a ton of research before making a purchase. LOVE the ability to customize the brewing and we have really enjoyed the coffee it has brewed. It does not disappoint. Our only complaint is that the carafe does not keep the coffee very hot. That has been VERY disappointing after the Mr. Coffee we had for years that kept the coffee so hot. It clearly has something to do with he design. IF the carafe sealed the coffee would definitely stay hotter. Overall it s a good machine - but don't count on the carafe keeping your coffee hot.

Been using this every day since the COVID lockdowns. Super easy to use and make a good pot of coffee.

We went back to a traditional coffee maker after using a Keurig for the past few years. One, Keurig coffee quality isn't that great. And two, we didn't care for the non-biodegradable K-cups. After much research we decided on the Breville. It does make a tremendously flavorful cup of coffee, and the components are easy to clean. Even the carafe is easy to clean since the opening is large. Yes, it's a little pricey, but it's not as expensive as a Jura. Do your research and then take the plunge!

I didn't realize how much of a difference a good coffee maker makes, until I purchased this one. The first cup I brewed blew me away! The coffee was much smoother than anything I had experienced before. I prefer my coffee black and my wife prefers hers with only cream. However, my wife now prefers her coffee black because of how well this machine brews a cup. You won't be disappointed.
