The best coffee pot I have ever had and at 62, I’ve had a lot. The design, quality and operation are perfect. It feels solid and the carafe does not leak like one of its competitors.

Good quality and plenty strong! Not sure how to make medium/ regular cup of coffee but hope to learn soon! Wish it was made in Australia but instead China was on the bottom of the box! Bring your manufacturing plants back to the US! Save American jobs!

I've had them all: older Breville. Cuisinart, Bonavita, and Techivorm x 2. This Precision is THE best with one problem: The carafe lid is poorly engineered (others have cited this issue) with the pouring flap failing to open with attempts to pour. Fortunately, Breville has superb customer service and promptly replaced the carafe assembly.

Best coffee maker ever. We go through coffee makers way too much and did my research and thought I’d give Breville a try. Have to say I found my coffee maker. Love it! Great customer service as usual makes buying easy at Best Buy!!

I can tell that my coffee tastes better. This machine has a lot of settings that can maximize the extraction of the coffee flavor. It's a little on the expensive side but I think it's worth it. I had to wait for it to go on sale before I can buy it. Overall I am satisfied.

I bought this as a gift for a friends' wedding and they seem to love it! I have been over a few times and they use it daily. They just had their first kid and guess what, the husband LOVES it! The wife of course cannot partake as much, but she says the smell of FRESH coffee makes up for it.

I've had my eye on this machine for a while. Buying it on sale made my decision easier. I wanted a thermal carafe that hold 12 cups. Lots of options including brew basket, strength, cold brew, etc. Looks great on the counter!

This maching has so far stood up to its standards. A little pricy but i wanted something that lasts, after having a $175 machine die less than a year old, double the price and hopefully it will last more than double the years. It brews the coffee better than any other machine i have had including the ninja.

This is a Best buy if you are more than an instant coffee drinker. Wow, let's you pick the temp of the water, how long it brews for, the ability to custom brew your own way or use a gold standard. I now roast and grind my own coffee, and this coffee maker is icing on the cake.

For the price point, cannot complain on what this coffee maker delivers and looks stylish on the counter. Only slight negative, it is a bit loud compared to other coffee makers of this caliber.

Have had it for about seven months now and it is great. I love the ability to set it and forget it and know that there will be coffee waiting for me when I want it. Takes all the guesswork out of making coffee in the morning.

A bit pricey but i would say it's well worth the price tag. Brews great tasting coffee. It also gives the user the ability to customize and adjust different brew settings. I've only have the unit for less than a month, but i've pretty much use this everyday.

I really like the ease of making coffee with my new Breville Thermal Coffee Maker.

Definitely happy with this coffee maker, a little on the spendy side but well worth it. It takes up some space on the counter and is just a tad too tall to fit under the cabinets but I knew that beforehand and made a good home for it.

Love love love this coffee maker! So many different settings offered to make the perfect cup of coffee to my standards.

I’ve had this for about a year now and it’s been fantastic. The auto start feature is fantastic for morning time.

When you purchase a coffee maker you should look for the “Specialty Coffee Association Approved” logo or sticker. This Breville coffee brewer is SCA approved. Makes great coffee. Full flavor and not bitter.
