I'm used to using my 20 year old countertop microwave and had hoped that my new Breville would far surpass it in quality. It almost gets there but not quite. It looks great and all the functions seem to work as intended. I thought it might take some time to get used to the dial controls but that hasn't presented a problem. What I did notice is that it doesn't seem to have the power that my older microwave had. On a couple of occasions, pot pie for instance, I've had to increase the cook time over what the package recommends which has always worked before. Maybe I just need to take more time to get used to it. I would recommend it as it's well made and, for the most part, seems to work well.

I love the knobs! This microwave has a sturdy and sleek look and feel to it. I love the specialty features such as soften butter and melt chocolate. Well worth the price because it seems like this microwave was built to last and with cooks in mind.

I purchased a different microwave & returned it ~ didn't stay in my house for 24 hours. This one has everything I want & more including "a bit more" button, add 30 seconds, a menu you can scroll through and do everything from melt butter to warming leftovers or cooking veggies, even has an oatmeal option, etc. This one I have been using for almost a month and no way is it going back!

I bought this unit from Breville at Best Buy . I needed to replace a 10 yr. old one that gave up the ghost . I did some reading on the different ones out there, people who bought this one had nothing but good things to say about it I can see why ! Excellent unit !,

The performance of our Breville toaster oven made us decide to try this microwave. What an excellent choice. Easily, the best microwave I’ve ever used. Cooks very fast. Very easy controls. If you want the very best microwave, look no further.

This microwave has just stunningly great looks, but beyond that it delivers. It is simple to program for the basic things you want a microwave to do and has more built-in programs than I will ever use. (My wife and daughter however will).

This microwave oven works great.It senses when the heating is done on all kinds of foods and drinks.I would recommend this item for anyone who wants the best in a microwave oven !

I absolutely love my Breville Microwave. It does have many new options that took a little time to get used to, but they’re so worth it!! My only wish is that the clock time would stay “lit” when the microwave is not in use.

This microwave is simple to operate. We did need to exchange it during the warranty period as it quit working. Doesn't always seem to heat evenly. Miss our GE Profile built in for the ease and accuracy.

Love this smart microwave. Also purchased the matching toaster oven because of its ease of use. Also like how it has a retro style that matches the retro fridge in our kitchen.

It works fantastic on frozen food. Heats evenly and won't burn if you follow directions. It was really educational to read and understand how a microwave works.

Love the easy to clean stainless steel Breville Quick Touch Mid- Size Microwave. Food reheats evenly and fast. A very good investment.

Have had this for a few months now and it works great. The sensor settings are good for reheating. The controls are easy to use.

We like this microwave, performs well and we like the smaller footprint. Not an inexpensive microwave but so far so good.

I ordered the Breville to match my coffee pot and also for the retro look. Easy to use and works well.

I purchased this microwave based on all the good reviews. I am very pleased with it. It has a plethora of cooking/reheating options to specify your needs. Or, you can just turn the knob to your desired time & press start. I like the handle as well. I was accustomed to the large button openings & thought the handle looked dated but it’s very study as is the entire microwave.
