Beautiful but limited in its uses

Our microwave uses however revolve around quick reheats and popcorn so for these uses we found this technology to not be advantageous.

Stopped working after less than owning it for 2 yr

So far one has given up after less than 2 years of normal usage. Now it gives me a doubt how long the other 2 will last. BTW, still have other major brand microwave working after 10 years of regular usage. Will not recommend this to anyone.

Quit heating after 2.5 years

Great microwave with a small hiccup
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Because of the great reviews, we splurged and bought this microwave and tucked it away for a month while our kitchen was being rennovated. When we finally plugged it in, nothing would heat. Not even water. Getting Breville to communicate with me for a return wasn’t easy, hence the “4” rating. We really just wanted an exchange and were willing to give it another try. The instruction book said “do not return to store where you made the purchase”. After waiting too long for a reply from Breville, I took the microwave back to Best Buy and exchanged it w/ no resistance from BB. We are very happy with the microwave. Not so much with Breville. And they did finally reply.
