I really enjoy the way this fryer sets up temperature and time for french fries.

It was everything I thought it would be just the right size cooked everything well very happy with it

Works well but the power cord does not stay connected and you have to plug it in while cooking some times. Also not easy to clean

Bought this for our Christmas Eve seven fishes family dinner. We have 42 people to feed. My husband used this outside on our covered porch. He loved how the oil temperature stayed even between the batches which made all the frying go quicker and clean up was easy.

Works great. Does what it claims. Love my chicken wings and fries.

Good product. Would recommend to others to purchase. Fryer does a good job of maintaining proper cooking temp. Foods come out crisp, including french fries. Only down side is the electrical cord. The cord will disconnect sometimes.

Heats up fast. Food turns out perfect. Easy to clean

So far, so good. No issues and fries beautifully. We tried breaded chicken and tostones (green plantain). Takes apart easily and dishwasher safe.

This was a Christmas gift for my hubby and he absolutely loved it!

purchased may 2015--used the fryer 8 or 10 times. It doesn't reach & hold temps very well--but it was okay for the task I used it for (french fries and two batches of fried chicken). what prompts this review was an attempt to use it last night. It is dead. Gone. The unit will not light up. Pressed reset button. Nothing. What a lousy product. It did not quite last one year. Should have purchased extended warranty. Harumph.

I hate so much giving a bad review for something from Breville because I love their stuff and most of my minor appliances are Breville but I have to in this case. Metal parts are well formed and built and the electronics are ok. It holds temp as well as it should. But two areas are too brittle and fragile. 1 is the connection of the electronic assy to the fryer. There are two plastic rails that it fits into and in those rails are the contacts that allow the electronics to function. I get it, it’s a safety measure. But those rails are way too fragile and in normal use and storing, they broke. Now, anytime I breathe on the control module it disconnects and shuts down. Sometimes on its own so if I’m not paying close attention it’ll shut off, cool down and ruin my cook. 2 is the plug. Again, I understand it’s a safety measure but the plug comes out of the socket of the control unit way too easily. It literally takes no more than minuscule effort to break connection. I have to say that now I have to buy another fryer from another manufacturer. Sad but true. This thing sucks and will frustrate you.
