Versatile, many features which work well. We've replaced our "egg" air fryer with this one -- wonderful. Toast, Bagels, baking, convection -- every feature gives us the capability to adjust the heat, time to cook -- the result -- with a little experience, we've dialed in our favorite foods, cooked to perfection.

The control panel went out on my 4.5 year old Jenn-Air wall oven! (Warning - Jenn-Air used to have a great product. My previous stove (also jenn-Air) was 38 years old and still working when we remodeled our kitchen. Now this appliance line is owned by Whirlpool and apparently things have changed A LOT). Rather than replace it with something else that would only last a few years I decided to go smaller and spend less money. It heats up faster. I have only used the bake feature so far -and the warm. I need to start learning the air fry feature. I am still experimenting but so far I have learned that I need to turn the temperature down 15 to 25 degrees lower than what a recipe recommends as the things I am baking start getting very brown on top when there is still half of the baking time left! Also had to get some new pans as a 9 x 13 cake pan or cookie sheet with handles does not fit inside the oven. New pans are working great though!

Really liked this product. It is exactly what we needed. The good thing is it has a steel basket for airfry compared to other air-fry options available.

The Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer is truly a one-of-a-kind kitchen appliance that can do so many different things it is almost overwhelming! I had heard a lot about air fryers but didn’t have one of my own so when this Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer became available, I decided it was finally time to get one for myself and I sure am glad I did so. The air fry setting alone makes this appliance worth its price. It is amazing how well it evenly cooks and crisps everything I throw at it such as frozen french fries and wings which are common in my household. The difference in quality is huge in comparison to when I would cook similar items in the oven. Add on top of that all of the other great settings and things you can do with this and you will find yourself using it for just about everything like me. I am thoroughly impressed with the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer and can’t imagine cooking without it.

Love, easy to use, makes cooking easier. I haven't turned on the oven, we use our toaster oven daily. Highly recommend.

Purchased this to replace a Cuisinart that finally gave out after several years of use. Our family really likes this as it has a bigger capacity than our other one. It also convection bakes…and unlike the Cuisinart, our cookies came out perfectly done (not burnt)! It preheats rather quickly, and everything we’ve prepared was cooked to perfection! A good buy! Will probably use this more than our regular full size oven!

Love this little oven, this is replacing our first breville that lasted 8 years.

This product was referred to me by my cousin. I LOVE it! It's good looking, so far it's working great, an it's easy to clean. I use it every day, usually twice a day. It's just me & my husband, so I rarely use my oven.

It’s not as nice as the Ninja… but it’ll do for the most part. We wanted Ninja but didn’t come in all black.

Great toaster oven, convection oven, air fryer, warming oven, etc. Amazing results for reheated foods - results are crisp and not dried out. Loving this oven!

It is a very good product but the convection fan broke after two years on my previous unit. I decided to give the company another try and it was a good purchase; my only wish was for the fan to be quieter but I don't know if that is technically possible.

Roasts, bakes and air fries evenly. A quality appliance with nice touches like an interior light that comes on during the last 30 seconds of cook time.

I find that this oven is rather complicated to operate and the time you have before it can be returned is too short to try out all the functions. It is very expensive, and I do not think that it is worth the cost.

I was interested in this Breville Smart Oven Airfryer because I wanted to clear some kitchen real estate by replacing my old airfryer and toaster oven with one appliance. I really like the mat black exterior. It matches my other appliances and has a really stylish appearance. It comes equipped with a broiler, pizza pan, and airfry basket. When I first put it on my stainless steel cart, I thought it was missing a piece because the crumb tray is actually part of the front. I plugged it into a wall socket by itself. Breville recommends a dedicated circuit just for this appliance. WHAT. I can’t do that. There is also a special Breville Unique Assist plug. It has a finger hole to unplug it. Frankly, this plug sticks out from the wall about 3 inches which is very annoying and obtrusive. Breville recommends cleaning all the new equipment and nothing is dishwasher safe. Then you need to run it through a cooking cycle before using it. There is no “set up,” just plug it in and start cooking. What that means is there is no clock. For this price I expected a clock to glance at when the machine isn’t being used. I guess we have enough backlights in the kitchen. I do love the size and concept of the airfry basket. There is no “recipe book,” but about 6 recipe cards. Frankly nothing I would ever cook. (I’m not much of a chef). The instruction manual gives detailed instructions that don’t really tell you HOW to cook common items. My other manuals usually have a section dedicated to suggested cooking times and programs for multiple common items. For example I airfry frozen french fries and occasionally fresh fries. No idea how long to cook or what temp is best or if there is a meaningful time difference. I decided to cook fresh skinless, boneless, chicken breast strips lightly dipped in olive oil, egg and flour. The tip in the instructions said if something might drip, use the broiler (the baking tray with a wire rack.) I didn’t really think it would drip but didn’t want to ruin my new airfryer, so I used the broiler. I was right, no “dripping” but some crumb drops. The problem was it never browned. I finally took it out put it in the basket and kept adding time. It finally browned in a few places and actually tasted very good. The next day I made fresh bread and tried the toaster program. My husband probably “over” buttered the bread and so the top never browned in the preset 2 slice program. The bottom was nice. Long review short assessment. My initial thought is this is an expensive piece of equipment that didn’t do a good job on my first two attempts. I will keep trying and maybe learn it was user error. Overall right now I can’t recommend this product as a replacement for my current airfryer, and there are many cheaper toaster ovens that do a better job and have that clock.

There is loud noise when ever the oven is is plugged to the wall out let. This issue has been reported several times with customer., my daughter bought this for me of recent. Picture of the product in the manual is different from the product itself.
