Cooks very evenly. Produces great toast. And air fry’s like a champ. Takes some dialing in on times, but that’s to be expected with a new appliance.

Needed to replace an older toaster oven. Wanted something big enough to hold a lg casserole dish and act as a substitute when we didn't want to fire up the oven on the stove. This thing is awesome. Very rarely use the stove oven anymore as this can handle about anything. Pizza, casseroles, cakes. The only SLIGHT downside is the air fryer. Perhaps we're spoiled. We have a basket fryer and the oven fryer performs slightly lower than it. Maybe we're picky. Glad we purchased this as it sure cuts down on heat in the kitchen when it's hot outside!

I bought this appliance because I wanted an air fryer and I thought it would be great to also have a dehydrator to make fruit roll ups and strawberry chips for my kids. It does every advertised function well. It's not the best air fryer, since the oven space seems larger. Air fryer reciipes will need adjustments. The dehydrator works perfectly. It's big enough to use as a second oven and has useful features such as an automatic mode switch during cooking, adjustable volume, and rotate reminder. If you want to replace your large, one function appliances with a toaster oven that's large enough and capable enough to be a second oven, you'll want to check this out.

I LOVE THIS OVEN. Yes. I know Breville ovens are pricer than others. But once you have one, you can definitely tell the quality and design improvements over your run-of-the-mill toaster ovens. This one, with the added feature of Air Frying is what I was looking for, as a multi-tasker device. I never wanted to have to buy a toaster oven AND an air fryer... I mean.. I only have so much counter/storage space... This one does a great job with air frying. Frozen fries, tots, etc, come out extremely crispy and nicely browned! I've also done home-made breaded chicken tenders and they cooked very quickly, and weren't dried out at all. One catch with the air fry vs. a traditional air-fryer, is that "wet foods" (chicken w/ the skin on, for example) need to have something to catch the grease, as the tray in the bottom isn't designed to do that. I've heard that you could do an aluminum-lined tray at the bottom to catch it... My only concern would be if the drippings would smoke. But, that's just one "gotcha". Every other aspect of this oven and air-frying is awesome, and I don't regret my purchase for a second!

To be honest I was a little skeptical about buying the Breville. But after using it, this thing is pretty awesome. The dehydrator works really well, as good as the old one we had. We've used the pizza tray, which worked great, and have used it for toasting English muffins and bread. We've tried the air-fryer on pizza rolls, french fries, and this weird buffalo cauliflower thingy I made. Positives: * Controls are user friendly. * Heats up quick. * High quality construction as far as I can tell so far. * Versatile, and easy to clean. * I'm normally against 'pre-settings' but the ones they have are crazy useful. You can tell somebody actually tried on this one. Neutrals: * Size. I like the larger size of the unit, but it might not be for everybody. If you only have 2 people in your home, this one might be big, but for a family of 7, it rocks. I'd say 3+ would be ideal. Or, if you entertain a lot. * Size Pt. 2. The dehydrator works great. The unit is a convection oven, which you can set to a low temperature, and has a fan on it. That said, you can only dehydrate one tray at a time, so the capacity is a little small for mass use. Negatives: * Nothing so far from my perspective.

Performs beautifully. Really like that it comes with a pizza pan and a roasting pan and rack, in addition to the 2 slide in racks and the airfry basket and all can go in the dishwasher. The controls are easy to understand and easy to use. It is big - not one that could easily stay out on a counter - unless you have a lot of counter space, but it's not too heavy so I have no problem moving it from where I store it to my counter and back. So far has performed beautifully and consistently.

Very well built unit. the racks & pans are much more heavy duty than others we looked at. The air fryer rack dis stain when it states that it is supposed to be stainless steel - so far that is my only complaint. Easy to use controls and good display screen. Easy to clean with slide out crumb tray.

This purchase replaces an older model that provided us with 10+ years of great performance. We use the breville almost daily for toast, baking, roasting and air frying. It preheats in minutes and is perfect for the smaller portion meals that my wife and I enjoy on most days.

I have to admit that this is one of the best kitchen equipment I have purchased. The main thing I really like about this oven is that I am able to turn on and off the convection setting. I have tired "Instant vortex 6-quart" oven and "Instant Pot Omni Plus Toaster Oven" and none of these ovens can turn off the convection function. I use convection setting when I roast meat, etc. But when I bake a cake or a brownie I turn it off since changes the outer texture etc. Super Convection (Air fryer) function is also really good. I used this function to roast cashew nuts and does it minutes. Spicy potato wedges also came out super good with this function. It is very spacious and easily fits a 5qt dutch oven in it. Oven racks are very good quality and heavy duty material . I highly recommend this product to anyone. Oven's baking temperature goes from 120F to 480F. Preheating time for 400F is about 4 minutes.

Was hoping to use this more often than my regular oven. I’ve had it for about 2 months now, and only used my regular oven once! (Normally I would have used it 2-3 times a week!) And that only because the cookie sheet was too big to fit in the Breville. So far I’ve air fried Fence fries, baked pies, made pizzas, baked bread and cooked literally everything I would have used my big oven for. But this oven preheats in less than half the time. And with the convection feature I almost always can lower the temperature too, which saves even more energy. My electric bill will be thankful. My only issue is that the timer starts immediately when the preheat is done. If I’m not near the kitchen, by the time I get the food in the oven, sometimes a minute or two has already gone on the timer. But I’ve learned to set it for an extra minute or so to account for that. So not a big issue. Otherwise I absolutely love this oven!!

Love this thing! Our ovens were broken and the wait for new ones was a couple of months. Purchased this to use in the meantime. We use it multiple times a day to toast, bake and air fry. The new ovens arrived but this one still gets used the most. Heats quickly and cooks evenly.

This oven is really a do it all appliance. I purchased this one for a friend, I've had mine for years and it's basically replaced my regular oven entirely as well as being great for toast! Not sure what else to say it's great! If you're on the fence about it just get it!

it's got more options that our last one so that's nice but it's new, longevity is still a concern. Our last Breville ( which still works) has pulled duty for nearly a decade if not slightly more. We pray that this one lasts as long

This will replace your regular oven. It doesn't heat up the entire room, and cooks very evenly. We usually only cook for 2, so it's perfect for our portion sizes so we don't have a ton of extra mess around the kitchen. Get 4 or 5 quarter size sheet pans and you're golden (I recommend Nordic Ware because they don't warp). If you're cooking from a recipe the trick is to turn off convection and set the time and temp to the recipe directions. Then turn on the convection and the oven will automatically adjust the temp so it doesn't overcook. Everything comes out perfectly.
