I purchased this oven to replace my old Breville Smart convection oven with additional features such as an air fryer and dehydrate. We love the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro conventional oven for roasting whole chicken with vegetables, baking bread or muffins, or even making our dried tomato or herbs.

I like this product; I just haven't cracked the code on all the things it can do.

The Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro is a game-changer in the kitchen! It offers excellent versatility with air frying, baking, roasting, and broiling. The large capacity is perfect for family meals. It heats up quickly and cooks evenly. The only downside is it’s a bit bulky, but overall, a great investment!

Excellent product, nothing short of the perfect "combine". You will use it daily, and this fantastic machine will replace the other things on your countertop!

I’m obsessed with any products from Breville . This is my second oven , my first one was excellent and I had it for many years that’s why when was time yo replace it I had to have another Breville!! I love it so much that for Christmas I got one for my son. Highly recommend

Hi if your thinking of buying this breville buy it you won't be disappointed. It does everything a big oven does but better i am very glad i purchased it.

Love this oven. Researched MANY of these for months and tried a couple. Didn’t cut it. My husband surprised me for Christmas and went with me to see this one and we gave it a shot. Been using it constantly and it’s so versatile. Definitely a little overpriced but the alternative didn’t cut it

Great addition to my kitchen. I hardly use my full size anymore.

Amazing oven and air fryer Great quality, good price

This oven really is an All-in-One oven that can take on anything that your normal size oven can do except much faster due to having to preheat a smaller volume of space. Have used this product for about 2 weeks now with Broiling, Baking, Airfry, Reheating, Warming, Pizza, Proofing, Dehydrating, and so far nothing to complain about. There are a few more modes that I cannot remember since I have not used it but am sure those features will be put to used sooner or later. Extremely easy to use. Mode selection are done through knob as well as temperature and time settings. Would 100% recommend.

It’s a convenience having an air fryer , toaster, broiler and oven ! No worries about air frying with chemical poisoning, most of the airfryers are having a problem with rust and the coating coming out,

Amazing product. I read tons of mixed reviews but we opted for it after all and couldn’t have made a wiser decision. I actually bought two for for a small cottage business we started. They work amazing and very reliable. The biggest game changer for us is that comes to temperature a lot quicker than others that are cheaper. Great workmanship and I highly suggest to keep away from water drops after its heated up since the change in temperature on the glass will shatter the glass.

Great it is like having a mini oven but does much more great product use it every day

I wanted something that did more than just air dryer or extra oven that does NOT heat up the house like a regular oven in the summer (Houston heat). There are so many features in this oven and so far everything has worked great. I am still adjusting to different temperatures than how my oven works but that is true to any appliance. I do not have anything negative so say only the wish it came in black. I do recommend you heed the advice and get the cutting board and order extra air fryer racks for dehydrating and air frying, both of which work well.

In our opinion, the Breville is by far the best Smart Oven Air Fryer on the market. I really like how the timer is programed. Example; You set the temperature at 300F and at the same moment, set the timer for 30 minutes. Once the oven has pre-heated and reaches 300F, it will beep and only then will the timer start counting down. So, you don't have to wait for the oven to reach a certain temperature then start the timer.

Picked up this oven back in April after our old Breville fan stopped working after 7 years. At first there was a burning smell and foods were cooking hotter than normal based on the temperature burn in that appears to occur. However, after a break in period, it now cooks exactly the same as our old Breville meaning that you can accuractely cook based off the manufacturers food recipes for dish, pizza, etc. One other perk we love is the frying ability. It makes fries tasty. Just bear in mind that you might want to have a fan pointing at the oven's control board as it appears to fog up and in time that moisture might lead to controller problems.

I have been looking for a toaster oven replacement and this was perfect. Recommended in Cook's Illustrated, I purchased it and have used it almost daily since. Without carefully reading the instructions, I tried to put the crumb tray on the inside of the oven and was getting frustrated. After I put my glasses on and took a closer look, it obviously went underneath the door! That was my only problem and it was totally my fault. The oven is fantastic. and easy to use. It beeps to let you know when the temp is reached and items are done. I love it.

Ahhhhh welcome home, Breville! This replaced an Emeril Lagasse (sp?) air fryer that we kept for a week. As silly as it may seem, having the tray slide out slightly when you open the door is soooooo nice. Bagels are as perfect as they were in my original Smart Oven (which survived 11 years and 4 moves (one of them an international one from Canada to Texas)) and I’m looking forward to being able to cook something big in it. I can’t recommend these enough, they’re fantastic.

This thing does all that you need from toasting to air frying to acting as an awesome oven. It’s more high powered than you think, so when using the broiler as an example, watch it like you would a normal broiler.
