The door is faulty. The timer does not go off because the door is faulty. Otherwise good quality oven

What a great convection oven! Does about all you can ask for, air-fryer feature works fantastic, big capacity lets you cook whole meals at once, easy to clean. This is my second of these, I had the first for about 6 years before the lower element failed. Just couldnt live without it!

Quality toaster oven that is large enough to cook a full meal. Very quiet with intuitive operation. The rack positions posted on door front are extremely helpful.

This is an awesome oven! It does everything! I love that I can put in a 9 x 13 dish into this oven. It was easy to make healthy airfried coconut shrimp! Also it was easy to bake two Costco lasagna at the same time! Also clean up is a breeze! One more thing the construction is sturdy.

I was skeptical when my wife told me about this toaster oven. However, after using it for a few weeks I couldn't be happier. I find myself using it more frequently than my gas oven or my microwave. It's just a great all around product. It's easy to use and clean. The one drawback is that the top can get quite hot so I don't recommend setting anything on top of the oven.

The oven is very easy to use. Because I read some reviews that said the glass burst, I bought the Best Buy protection plan. However, so far so good. I like that the light comes on when you open the door. We are able to cook most things we eat without heating up the house with the big oven.

Love this Breville Smart Oven. It makes cooking easy and enjoyable. Cookies take 10 minutes and frozen French fries are really great using the hot air fryer in just 10 minutes. I got one for Christmas last year and liked it so much I bought one this year for my daughter.

It was great, got it because the oven stopped working and saved us when we needed something baked.

This thing absolutely rocks. We bought it to make smaller, quick meals so we wouldn’t have to use the oven during the hot summer months an we found ourselves using it for everything. We’ve actually only used our a couple times since we’ve owned this oven. It really is so versatile.

Bought this to replace my aging Breville toaster oven, which I adored. This one does everything well, including the new air fryer! Great product.

As I expected, it is a quality device performing as expected. I remove my full-size oven that was working and use this as my full-time oven. No disappointments in the choice and free up counter space. It allowed me to consolidate the microwave and coffee maker with the oven in the old space.

Love this toaster oven. It's my second Breville and they are top of the line, worth every penny. I have made french fries (regular and sweet potato) using the air fryer feature and they were very good. Pizza turns out perfectly. Great for roasting vegetables. And yes, toast too!

I use this every day. It’s been the best thing ever has taken the place of my gas oven. Definitely energy, efficient and excellent quality.

Amazing counter oven. I do everything in this oven. I bake banana bread, make cookies, I’ve baked chicken thighs, I’ve broiled brussel sprouts. I think I haven’t tried the dehydrater. I’ve even used the air fryer. Very user friendly. Has preset settings for any application (ie baking, toasting, pizza, cookies, etc). It’s fantastic. Oh. It’s also pretty easy to clean.

Absolutely love this toaster oven. I cringed at the price, but after a few weeks of usage I am incredibly pleased. Toaster is large enough for a decent sized ham or chicken, heats up quickly and has a lot of options. Super convection mode adds a great crisp to air fried foods.

While this product gives you an air fryer option, it’s really nothing more than a toaster oven. Other reviewers complaints about inaccurate temps are true, however, you can still guesstimate how long something needs to cook once you’ve used it enough times. I know that’s not how it’s supposed to be but my rating reflects this issue. The fact that it’s so large also means that it’s costlier to heat 2 pieces of toast or reheat small leftovers, too. All in all everything cooked in it so far has come out very good. And the construction seems excellent. No door issues thus far. If you don’t jerk the door open, I don’t see how you would have any problems with it. Cleaning is easy enough, too. It should be be priced lower, though. I bought it on a price match. Maybe there’s cheaper options, but it is a space saver in terms of separate appliances. I’m going to recommend it only because there’s no middle choice. Do your research.

We owned the original smart oven - non air convection for 8 years and we LOVED it. When it sadly died after working like a champ, we decided to upgrade to the Air Convection with all the bells and whistles. Well, whistle it does - it is loud! It is LARGE! The air fry function is not what we expected. It was user prep error, but we air fried marinated tofu which dripped and smoked up the whole house - first time use and the entire inside of the gorgeous oven aged 4 years. Not the oven's fault. Needless to say, we could have been very happy with purchasing the same model, saving ourselves a $150.
