I've had this toaster for about 2 years. It bakes pretty good for the most part. I use it mostly to reheat food, pizza or re-crisp something like chicken. It does a great job on roasting tomatoes. It doesn't bake cookies and cakes to my preference so I use my gas oven instead. It makes good toast, you just have to increase how dark you want to avoid having the bottom side staying pale. It toasts unevenly with the bottom side lighter than top. I'm guessing the top part toasts darker because it has the long metal bar sitting between the two heat rods while the bottom doesn't have one. I wish the door handle wasn't that big Because it has a tendency to pop up and close by itself if I open the door too fast. Then it hits the counter and pops back up. You do not want to have hot metal hitting your other hand. I think as a solution is to maybe change it to a sliding door (slide under the bottom of toaster) similarly to what the ovens they have in England. Not sure if that kind of oven door would be allowed here. Also please get rid of the magnets on each side of the door and inside the toaster. I do not know what purpose they serve. it's a nuisance when I am taking the rack out to move it up or down, whatever. Especially when moving it from bottom to middle. It seems to pull it down toward the door. Then I have to jerk it up to release it from the door. It also makes it slightly difficult to line it up in because the magnets pull it down toward below the lines which is the wrong position. I feel they made the margets too large because it seems to extend just below each space to reposition the rack. You have to make sure it's perfectly aligned to slide in with no ease. Please make it less fussy. I probably would not buy this product again if my toaster broke.

I love this oven as an extra oven. I have mostly used it for toasting bagels and baking cookies. The oven is very easy to use. And it looks great on the counter top!

I love this oven! It has all the features I want. My last one lasted 5 years then one of the elements went out. I could have changed it out but we with like 75 screws to do so, NO thank you. It is easy to clean and maintains temperature.

Works great! Easy to use. Has a light! We use it daily multiple times a day!

This is our 3rd Breville purchase and we would highly recommend this brand. The new model we purchased has even more features to make meal prep easier. We are anxious to try out the air fryer function soon. In Houston with the heat and humidity, it's so much more efficient to use the counter-top oven than to heat up the whole kitchen using a big oven.

Picked up this oven back in April after our old Breville fan stopped working after 7 years. At first there was a burning smell and foods were cooking hotter than normal based on the temperature burn in that appears to occur. However, after a break in period, it now cooks exactly the same as our old Breville meaning that you can accuractely cook based off the manufacturers food recipes for dish, pizza, etc. One other perk we love is the frying ability. It makes fries tasty. Just bear in mind that you might want to have a fan pointing at the oven's control board as it appears to fog up and in time that moisture might lead to controller problems.

Happy with this! Great Air Fryer! It crisps frozen tator tots. Good oven but small. It fits a frozen Totino's pizza (crisp it very nicely) but not a Dominos pizza. It does not fit 8x11 lasagna pan but it fits a 1/2 cookie sheet. Great for our son's apartment without an oven. Cons: The timer is limited to whole minutes, can't set 4 minutes and 30 seconds. It takes up a lot of kitchen counter space. You have to pay attention to the cooking directions, math is required.

Good quality toaster oven. I will get a lot of use from this. Saves me from turning on the oven in this summertime heat

This is my second Breville . Decided to update for all the new features. Years ago a salesperson told me"once a Breville customer, you will never buy another brand" And they were right . Lots of great features. A little pricey. If you are just looking for something to toast, broil bake and reheat try the lower priced models. Toasting of bread and bagels[which has special setting] is perfect and uniform across the slices of bread/bagels.

This smart oven is incredible. We use it every day. From toasting bread to baking my potatoes. This machine is very convenient especially if you don't have an oven or your primary oven is occupied. The cleaning process is not too tedious, just try your best to clean it after every use. The only two issues I can think of are the wattage and price. I can't use this with my microwave at the same time or else the power might go out. Too power-hungry. Also, the price is a bit too much, but I guess you are paying for quality/brand.

I would highly recommend this oven quality made but only 1 hinge on left my last one lasted 10 years hinge on left finally broke got my moneys worth.

Since I have not used an air fryer or toaster oven before, there is a lot to learn. It all seems to work OK and as intended, but I expected more instructions and some recipes to try. I actually prefer to make toast in my old toaster because it gets too dry in the Breville, which may be typical for toaster ovens. Also, im not sure if using this to warm up a couple of rolls or muffins is really saving much energy, compared to using my regular big oven, since this has to preheat and cool down the same way.

Does a great job on french fries, toast, & garlic bread.

We purchased this primarily to use in our camper to substitute for the very small gas oven which wouldn’t hold our 9x13 casserole dish with handles. This holds our dish and works so well we have essentially replaced our wall oven in our home and no longer need the single function air fryer. The only negative we have noticed is the toast function is not quite as good as a regular toaster. Everything else works great. The pizza function is especially good.

Nice looking appliance. Performs very well with all settings we have tried thus far (which is most of them). Easy to use, intuitive controls

I love this oven. It fits our countertop perfectly. It cooks anything from a roast to a cake to a pizza. I will recommend this to everyone I know.

Always wanted a built-in oven, but they're too expensive. This sits on the countertop and is good enough! It fits a 9 x 11 pan and the air fryer function works wonderfully! I also wanted it to dehydrate several trays at one time which it has the capacity to do. Love this oven!

This oven can take care of most of my cooking needs. It preheats quickly and can surprisingly hold quite a bit. Easy controls. Love this oven.
