I purchased this oven to replace my old Breville oven. The old oven's display went out and I could no longer see the settings. Otherwise, it still worked. The new one has many more features...dehydrator, air fryer, reheat. I've only tried the air fryer with mediocre results. Need to do more experimentation with it. It is still the high quality appliance that you have come to expect from Breville.

So far this oven is very impressive. My wife has started baking own pizzas, dehydrated fruits in addition to the usual toasting/baking. The oven is big and takes up decent amount of space. It’s a good alternative if you don’t have double ovens in your kitchen. Be careful that you’ll want to reduce the time slightly than what’s preset/recommended as it will be slightly over baked/burn.

I had purchased this oven last month from my local best buy, the oven had a problem with the door. I called Breville and they sent me a new oven and paid for the one I had to be shipped out all in less than a week. Best customer service!

I was very excited about this product, but unfortunately, it was not a good fit for me. We followed all the recipes and recommendations, but the food did not cook evenly. We tried many different recipes, but got burned edges and raw products inside. Additionally, it's quite difficult to clean the inside of the oven.

I’ve been purchasing Breville Smart Ovens since they were launched in the US. This latest model has more settings and features then any model yet. And so far has lived up to my expectations. I purchased it through Best Buy to include the extended warranty, just in case some of the previous issues should ever happen again. Hopefully, they will not.

It works good and fast and also it doesn’t take long time to cook the food. The most thing I like it toast, bake and broil and it has set up the time for the food I am cooking very efficient

Very clear directions, did a great job. I made the mistake of putting fries in while the oven was reheating and it dried the fries, but otherwise it did great on the other items I've put in the oven.

Love, love, love this toaster oven. This is my first ever toaster oven and I’m now wishing I didn’t wait so long to purchase one. Very roomy for toasting all types and size breads and the convection oven is amazing. I haven’t needed to use my standard oven once since purchasing and love the fact in only takes a couple minutes to pre-heat.

This oven has so many features that are amazing: it air fries ( I have fried so many sweet potatoes fries with no effort what so ever and they come out really crispy with out any oil!), it heats up, bakes cakes, toasts, melts... I specially appreciate that it is small but it has a big space to bake even a small turkey. It is also very easy to clean

After researching several Toaster ovens, I chose this Breville due to the interior size and product reviews. This oven is perfect for baking and can handle a 13” pizza pan. Also a regular size muffin pan. Over the holidays, I used this oven a lot for a secondary oven utilizing the convection baking. Everything turned out great. Would highly recommend this oven. The only negative is that it only has one interior rack.

Couldn’t be happier with this oven. We invested in this oven because we do not use a microwave, and a convection oven is what we use the most, so we decided to upgrade to the smart oven air. It bakes great, reheats perfect, air fry is a plus, but you can fit a 13” pizza stone in it so you don’t have to use your standard oven. Overall would buy again!

This is a replacement for the same model oven that lasted 10 years. We use it every day and have been completely satisfied with this model. Would strongly recommend this item to anyone who does not need to heat up a full sized oven for meal preparation. Multiple settings and light + audio alarm when food is ready.

This item is just really good to work with, operate, and the learning curve is a pleasure as you figure out how many time and labor saving things you can do with it.

We've had this for a while now and we use it 3 or more times a week. It is invaluable for entertaining, we use it as a second oven. It doesn't crisp as well as a dedicated air fryer but it does crisp better than the convection setting of our oven. Love the pizza setting as well.

Purchased this after our oven went out and the delivery for a new oven is now pushed out to 4 months. Well, may just pull the old one and put this on a table in the oven's spot. It does everything! Couldn't be happier. "Toaster Ovens" have come a long ways since college. And, it looks good too.
