We bought this to replace a Samsung that broke down after 3 years. The Breville has better functions a clearer look and clearer operations. So far Breville seems like a much better built product than Samsung.

The best microwave ever! Super durable and world class qualities

Definitely a better machine than the next lower priced model. Well built and very user friendly. Also, there was only one in stock and it was a bit difficult to locate but my salesman was very kind to take the time to locate it!

We purchased this in Nov. 2019, but somehow our review didn't get posted. At 86, I've owned numerous microwaves and this is the best ever. Many other reviewers have cited it's features so I shall not rep[eat them. What we do appreciate is it's versatility with numerous settings, a quiet door and have come to prefer the rotary dial settings over a keypad. The smart reheat function is terrific. We use this device numerous times a day for a variety of tasks from sterilizing a kitchen sponge to cooking a meal. High quality like several other Breville products we own.

First time see this brand, thought over and dictated give a try. Very happy with this microwave, it works beautifully, I am going to purchase other one soon.

If you’re willing to spend it, this is a wonderful machine. Actually not big at all, beautiful to look at, and totally worth the money. Wonderfully easy to use and smarter than expected.

This microwave is absolutely the best I have ever owned. Don't be scared by the price. It's worth every penny. It took a little to get used to but now I wouldn't have any other microwave in the kitchen. Great quality and very very useful.

I love this thing!! it has presets that work flawlessly!! It fits with the decore of my other breville appliances and looks great!! It has a reheat feature gtaht I really love.

I love the design as well as the function of this microwave. A nice addition to our kitchen.

This microwave works well and it looks good. Feels a bit cheaper than you might expect for a $400 microwave but all of that is pointless because unless you can tolerate a microwave that runs even after you’re done using it, do not buy this one! I contacted Breville support and they confirmes that the microwave is designed in such a way that no matter how short the cooking duration, once the timer stops a cooling fan which is louder than the actual microwave will kick in and run anywhere from a few seconds up to five minutes. For me that is not tolerable so I had to return this microwave which I otherwise would’ve been happy to own.

Large and in charge! This microwave is big, and has the power to back it up. Plus it matches the Breville Toaster Oven I have.

Used this microwave three or four times. This is a very "gentle" microwave so I had no issues with hot spots or overcooked food. Alas I had to return it because it did not work in my small kitchen. I am going to consider the smaller Breville microwave which should give me the same satisfying results. One note to Breville: please consider adding a kitchen timer to the features! 5 star microwave all the way in spite of no kitchen timer and I would not hesitate to recommend it. The manual could be more detailed but this is not a dealbreaker.

Very quiet and very nice. A lot of features to use can be overwhelming but the microwave looks very elegant and doesn’t cost as much as the premium ones.

The microwave cooks and reheats perfectly. It is also easy to clean.

The interface is a bit awkward, fancy to be sure, but if you want to zap something for more or less than 30 seconds, you have to adjust the time with a dial. No number pad option is available. It also holds the utility screen for a longer than expected time before switching back to displaying the time. Lastly, though this may be adjustable and I haven't found the function yet, there's no way to keep the back light on, so seeing the time on the LCD display is a challenge from across the kitchen.

Very quiet. Works well ,but, I don't think it is 1200 watts because my other one at 1100 watts was stronger. It's keypad broke.

Seems to be High quality and works excellent. Would recommend this item .
