My wife likes the two knob control versus the standard push buttons found on most microwaves. There are a number of preset functions on the inside of the door too. I tend to use the soften butter a alot. I bought this unit to replace an LG unit that had the switches in the door fail.

Purchased this because it was time for a change/upgrade. It’s a neat oven cooks foods evenly and get it very hot. The soft close door is a neat feature.

Works great. I would recommend to anyone needing a microwave. Soft closing door a nice touch. Makes popcorn perfectly. Does what it’s supposed to do and looks good doing it.

We bought this to replace a Samsung that broke down after 3 years. The Breville has better functions a clearer look and clearer operations. So far Breville seems like a much better built product than Samsung.

This is an expensive but ruggedly built and very user-friendly microwave oven. If you want top-of-the-line, this is the way to go, but your wallet will feel the impact!

Great microwave but you better buy the extended warranty. Have had two of these and they barely last two years not sure what the issue is, but it’s expensive to have them repaired by the warranty.

We purchased this in Nov. 2019, but somehow our review didn't get posted. At 86, I've owned numerous microwaves and this is the best ever. Many other reviewers have cited it's features so I shall not rep[eat them. What we do appreciate is it's versatility with numerous settings, a quiet door and have come to prefer the rotary dial settings over a keypad. The smart reheat function is terrific. We use this device numerous times a day for a variety of tasks from sterilizing a kitchen sponge to cooking a meal. High quality like several other Breville products we own.

Definitely a better machine than the next lower priced model. Well built and very user friendly. Also, there was only one in stock and it was a bit difficult to locate but my salesman was very kind to take the time to locate it!

Soft closed door and Sensor IQ reheat feature are so far pretty impressive.

If you’re willing to spend it, this is a wonderful machine. Actually not big at all, beautiful to look at, and totally worth the money. Wonderfully easy to use and smarter than expected.

So far it does exactly what it was advertised to do. Very easy to use.

This microwave is absolutely the best I have ever owned. Don't be scared by the price. It's worth every penny. It took a little to get used to but now I wouldn't have any other microwave in the kitchen. Great quality and very very useful.

This replaced a 28 year old microwave that was showing its age. It cooks faster and with less noise. If it lasts 28 years and I am still around I'll be over 100 yrs. old .
