Very quiet and very nice. A lot of features to use can be overwhelming but the microwave looks very elegant and doesn’t cost as much as the premium ones.

I love this thing!! it has presets that work flawlessly!! It fits with the decore of my other breville appliances and looks great!! It has a reheat feature gtaht I really love.

The interface is a bit awkward, fancy to be sure, but if you want to zap something for more or less than 30 seconds, you have to adjust the time with a dial. No number pad option is available. It also holds the utility screen for a longer than expected time before switching back to displaying the time. Lastly, though this may be adjustable and I haven't found the function yet, there's no way to keep the back light on, so seeing the time on the LCD display is a challenge from across the kitchen.

Very quiet. Works well ,but, I don't think it is 1200 watts because my other one at 1100 watts was stronger. It's keypad broke.

This is the coolest microwave you will ever buy. I don't use much of the features, because its so easy with the dials

My parent’s microwave oven began to malfunction. Always the thrifty shopper, my father often purchases price over quality. I wanted to make sure the my had a quality item this time and, wow, they love it!

After figuring out how it works, as opposed to most microwaves, it does everything I need and a little more. It heats up a piece of cold pizza really nicely, even keeps it crispy. It IS a little expensive though.

I bought it 3-4 months ago and it's so far so good. Nothing to complain but I'm hoping it can last forever!!

Another Great Breville Product! Auto door closure works great. It is easy and silently closes. Defrosts quickly evenly.

Wonderful microwave oven. The soft close door is the best thing to have here. It’s worth the extra cost to get it. Easy to clean inside as well.

The 2 stars are to compliment the excellent design and features of this Breville microwave. However, the longevity of this microwave lasted 10 months before the intermittent heating started followed by an E-05 error code, no heat, and a crackling sound emitting from the rear all within a 2 day window. Most importantly, no $400 microwave used in a responsible way shouldn't have gone bad this soon. Hopefully, Breville can make this right!

It takes some getting used to with no keypad but it has been a really good microwave. We were looking for one that had a variety of presets for popcorn, bacon, plus sensors for reheating and defrosting. It does a really good job on everything we’ve tried in it but we don’t use all the functions or really cook anything elaborate. My only minor gripe is the soft close door sometimes gets a little jammed and I worry trying to force it closed will break it. It works 99% of the time but seems like an unnecessary innovation. Hopefully it holds up long term.

I've got several other Breville appliances in kitchen so when looking for a replacement for our Panasonic microwave that died, this unit had the right look. You pay a lot for all the programming features which as far as I've been able to test are not that great. The one feature the old Panasonic had and earlier Breville models had was a timer. Really miss.

Breville makes great small kitchen appliances. When we need to heat or cook without using the large oven for a few, this appliance provides a wonderful option.

The microwave cooks and reheats perfectly. It is also easy to clean.

I have purchased in the past 2 microwave units. This particular microwave Far Exceeds My Expectations. I really like the features especially the door closes it by itself when you start moving the door close to the frame of the unit. I really have enjoyed the smart re-heat and cooking features on this unit. Yes it has it’s bells and whistles but it truly has performed as it was designed to do. It was worth the price I paid. I did my own research before making the decision to purchase it.
