I've got several other Breville appliances in kitchen so when looking for a replacement for our Panasonic microwave that died, this unit had the right look. You pay a lot for all the programming features which as far as I've been able to test are not that great. The one feature the old Panasonic had and earlier Breville models had was a timer. Really miss.

I love this thing!! it has presets that work flawlessly!! It fits with the decore of my other breville appliances and looks great!! It has a reheat feature gtaht I really love.

Breville makes great small kitchen appliances. When we need to heat or cook without using the large oven for a few, this appliance provides a wonderful option.

I have purchased in the past 2 microwave units. This particular microwave Far Exceeds My Expectations. I really like the features especially the door closes it by itself when you start moving the door close to the frame of the unit. I really have enjoyed the smart re-heat and cooking features on this unit. Yes it has it’s bells and whistles but it truly has performed as it was designed to do. It was worth the price I paid. I did my own research before making the decision to purchase it.

The 2 stars are to compliment the excellent design and features of this Breville microwave. However, the longevity of this microwave lasted 10 months before the intermittent heating started followed by an E-05 error code, no heat, and a crackling sound emitting from the rear all within a 2 day window. Most importantly, no $400 microwave used in a responsible way shouldn't have gone bad this soon. Hopefully, Breville can make this right!

Like how the door shuts automatically, has lots of quick set settings, easy to keep clean.

Great oven, great features. Can defrost without partial cooking. Well made. We love it!

"the Smooth Wave" is such an appropriate name of this microwave. It looks great, opens and closes without much sound.

I really needed to replace my GE Profile microwave oven but did not realized how much that need was until I purchased this Breville Smooth Wave microwave. It has a huge selection of functions using "intelligence" for a lot of my most common use like reheat, defrosting and making my favorite popcorn. It has an attractive appearance and larger capacity over my old GE Profile. I prefer the dials to narrow down each selection. No regrets after over a month of ownership. My kitchen is filled with 2 Breville ovens, toaster, kettle, food processor and juicer.

I paid full price for this microwave but we’ll worth the money heats everything perfectly strongly recommended

This microwave is awesome! It is well made and has so many options. Sturdy and if built-in quality. Definitely recommend!

I highly recommended this product. It look great in my countertop.

I use this microwave every day. Great for warming leftovers. Works well for thawing meat, does not cook edges in the process. Controls are easy to get used to.

Great product!! Smart sensor with easy to use and easy to clean stainless steel microwave! I like the “a bit more” function and found it very useful.

I are so disappointed with this microwave. I bought it just 16 months ago and it is dead. This is the second Breville I bought because I loved the first one. It lasted 6 years. That seemed early to go bad but we used it every day so on balance we thought the life of the unit was used up. The features are great; soft close door, convenient quick guide like butter softening, stainless steel interior so no paint deterioration over time like other brands to name a few. I am even conflicted about getting another one I like the thing so much. But, it didn't last so I'm afraid to risk another bad experience in having to replace it again so soon and fork out the cost again. It cost me $25.00 per month for this microwave. In sum, great little unit except doesn't hold up in time.

This was a pricey item to replace a microwave that died. But it’s truly worth every penny. I love this thing! I got the protection plan, just in case. It was worth it!
