Only thing is that there is a paper like cover inside. And I thought it is a piece of paper but I realized it is a part of their functional part. When removing the packaging it is easy to mistakenly think to remove it but I was told I need to keep it there.

Has a lot of really nice features and very easy to make selections. The issue is with the soft close door feature. This was great WHEN IT WORKED. After about 1 year of use, it no longer closes all the way. You have to push it closed. Tried many different methods to try to get it to soft-close on its but none works for more than a day or two

However, just over a year later, the door is broken, making the unit completely unusable. A microwave is a basic household appliance that should be built to last, but this one has proven to be disappointing in terms of durability. I expected better from both the product and Best Buy’s customer service. If you’re looking for a microwave that will last, I would advise considering other brands with stronger customer support and reliability.

I bought a Breville microwave in 2018 and loved it then the door started sticking. I replaced it with another one in 2024 and it got a door issue and is already dead! I used to rely on this company but apparently lots of people have trouble the doors. No more pricey Brevilles for me. Worked great until it didn't. Again.

This is the Microwave I always wanted

One day it just lost power. Ive had much cheaper microwaves last much longer. I replaced it with s $69.00 insignia as i feel like i spent too much money on this one to only get 2yrd out of it. Next time i spend more it will be on a Samsung.

I dont care what anyone else says, this thing is great. The soft close door is a gimmick but the smart sensors have yet to let me down.
