The gentleman who helped us at first did not know what we wanted (a quiet closing door) and after we told him, he knew where it was located. He went over the machine and then went and got a cart and we were done.

I wish the time could have been visible at night like the rest of the other brand Microwaves. For the price that I paid that is so far the only complaint I have. The rest of the functions are basically the same as other brands but better looking.

While it costs a bit more than conventional microwave, this product makes warming up and cooking food a breeze. Settings are helpful and food is prepared wonderfully and easily.

The best microwave ever. The turning dial is a game changer and in my opinion the best feature on this microwave. Love everything else about this microwave.

I bought this oven about five weeks ago and it has been the best I have ever used. The smart features on it are quite surprising. As I keep using it I'm finding more features I never knew exist. This is actually the first microwave I have ever bought and even though it is quite pricy it's worth it.

Love the door closure, soft and smooth. Love the on button~that big one you can see in the dark. Love the sound control on the alarm Love that i can add more time after it starts.

Love this microwave! Get the insurance. Because the door sometimes doesn’t close like it should. But otherwise the microwave is great.

Excellent control, great defrost mode. Haven’t tried all the features because I’m not used to having so much available in a microwave! Looking forward to it.

Works great! I bought this primarily because of the soft close door. Love it! If there’s anything I can whine about, it’s that the clock isn’t backlit, so I can’t glance at the microwave like i used to to quickly check the time.

This Breville microwave is the best we have ever owned. This is my second one in many years - the looks and quality is quite impressive. Easy/silent door close feature the family really likes.

Smart Sensor is a huge time saver. No need to guess how long it will take to heat up leftovers. Quiet operation...soft close door is appreciated.

There is nothing smart about this technology. The smart reheat function runs soooo long and the food is either too hot or too cold. The fan keeps running after the cooking is done so it sounds like it is still running. WHY is the automatic setting for oatmeal at 100% power causing the oatmeal to boil over- even the oatmeal container says cook at 50% which works great. I have to set the time and power manually every time. I gave it two stars for the stylish look.

Very nice looking microwave with a lot of functions, been with it just a few weeks go but my wife like it a lot.

This Breville-the Smooth Wave1.2 CU.FT microwave is fantastic.

Had this microwave for almost a month now. we had LG neochef and didn’t even last a month because it was making noise. and we had samsung which the door broke in a week. it was pricey but its worth it.

The only reason I didn’t give a five stars is because for some reason the light flickers every time i open the door. I just didn’t have the time or patience to exchange it if this is an issue.
