Wow, I never expected to be entranced by a toaster. I love it. Breville is a solid brand, I have a few things by them, and this is a great addition. Grabbed it on sale for a tremendous value. I probably wouldn't spend the full-price amount, but the amount I paid is well worth it.

Not good. For $150 it should make toast to serve the Queen of England. I put four slices of bread through it, three supermarket white bread and one frozen heavy grain bread. Played with the settings per instruction manual (and common sense). I could not get a decent piece of toast. My old broken 10 year old Sunbeam toaster toasts better by far. Luckily, Best Buy is gracious in it's return policy. I've already returned it and bought a $50 cuisine art instead, which works fine.
