I am beyond impressed with this chair! While some of the individual components are quite heavy—which speaks to the solid build quality—the assembly process was surprisingly straightforward and easy. It is a true 'big and comfy' chair, providing exactly the kind of generous space and support I was looking for.

I like the functionality but the top part of the chair is sewn horribly and warped. It’s crooked on the top part so when I’m in meetings, I see that the chair is crooked and it irritates me. I leveled out the screws and had someone help me. The part of the chair where I lay my back on is warped and it’s annoying
