    Very Cool Coffee Maker

    I love the pot and single cup brew in one unit, and the temp and strength controls. However, there's a sporadic issue with the single cup brewer. The control lights flash and you cannot brew a cup. It will also pop the top off during the brew once in awhile. I did some reading from the Brim website and other websites, and learned that the problem is common. I was going to return it. In fact, I contacted Brim, but was on hold with horrible taped music for nearly 30 minutes before hung up. I completed the return authorization with Best Buy, which was SIMPLE and QUICK. However, it started working again and I let my lazy side take over and just kept it.

    This coffee maker is awesome. I really loved it. But man can a company ruin something for you. I got this about a month ago. I went to scrub the carafe today and took the lid off. Well, the way the handle is attached directly to the thin thin thiiiiin glass, it cracked right off. That was bad but customer service is a joke. I called customer service in Canada but got India and a woman who I literally could not understand(and man did I try)...I think she told me to look online because they didn't sell any parts. So I looked online and there was not a single replacement carafe for this coffeemaker....ANYWHERE!!. I emailed them and probably the same woman responded saying "we do not have this carafe but we may in 3-4 months". Huh? ?? So the huge coffee making part of this is completely useless and now I will have to get a coffeemaker from a real company. Too bad since it actually did a great job....but if you need the simplest of things and a company just dismisses you...well...I suggest you spend your money elsewhere.

This carafe has endured rigorous testing to ensure an optimal performance, when used as directed. We don't sell spare parts, however, we send them to clients free of charge during the warranty period. Sorry that we couldn't help because the carafe isn't available in stock now as the coffee maker is a new product.     Love this coffee maker

    First of all, I read the reviews only after purchasing as a Deal of the Day for $70. So far I havent had the issues others have had. I also purchased the extended warranty as these have come in handy for many things I've bought. If something is wrong just return to the store and pickup a new one. Secondly, I'm really enjoying the taste of my fresh ground that I brew. Havent had any messes and the single serve holds up very well too. I just bought this to replace my $180 Keurig and Mr. Coffee carafe pot. So far I'm impressed.

    Not very happy with this coffee pot

    We bought this without doing our research first. We were truly happy at the time of purchase until the first time we used it. There's a lot of flaws in the actual design. The water pour spout is tricky pouring water into, due to the small opening, causing water to spill everywhere. It seemed to take a long time to actually brew 12 cups (15-20 minutes), it leaked water on the back side, causing a puddle of water underneath the maker. When you poured a cup of coffee the carafe leaked out and made a mess all over the counter. The single serve side worked well, except after the cup was done brewing would drip continuously. We actually returned it with no questions asked and we will definitely do our research before buying another coffee pot in the future. Highly disappointed in this product and most definitely wouldn't recommend it.

    I bought this to replace my girlfriend's old coffee pot. I was a little concerned how difficult it was going to be for her to use since she likes things simple & doesn't have a lot of time to sit & read a manual. We have been using this for a few weeks now and she is loving it! I myself did take the time to read the manual and am still a little confused on how to tell if the timer is set correctly to brew or how long the pot warmer stays on. I may re read the manual again.

    Bought this coffee pot June 2020 $149.99 on sale. It worked great until Monday January 25th 2021 Digital display is out. We have to push the brew buttons on pot and single brew multiple times to get the coffee started. This is NOT how I want to start my day at 5am, fighting with my coffee pot. My question is,,,why did my $59.00 Bella coffee pot last 7 years, and this $149.99 coffee pot didn't last 1 year? Don't buy this coffee maker...you will be replacing it in less than a year!

    We purchased this in place of a Ninja coffee bar, that would never fully 'clean' regardless of how much we cleaned it. It had more features, but this Brim has actually been really nice. We can brew single cups on the right which we do fairly often - but the heated base for the carafe and the 'hotter' coffee than the ninja is definitely a plus. It's easy to clean as well - so far so good!

    This has been a great coffee maker for me. On weekdays I use the carafe side and on weekends I use the pod side. It has been reliable for over a year now with no leaks or malfunctions. There are several people in my household who use this, and no one has had a problem with this coffee maker.

    We saw this item on sale twice and finally we made the purchase. This coffee maker does it all and we learned about the strength settings and programmable settings which made this the top coffee maker. We would have purchased 2 and gifted one to a family member. This item beats the Kurig coffee makers anyday! We love this item and highly recommend it.

    Purchased this Trio 12 cup coffee maker on 24 May, 2020. 1st day, no trouble with a regular brew setting and 8 cup level. 2nd day tried gourmet brew setting with same 8 cup level, and the water overflowed the filter basket. Used my usual coffee grind, and filled the filter basket to 1/2" from the top. Did I do something wrong on day 2?

    If I could give zero stars to this product I would! I bought this in October and this Monday January 11th it stopped working. The single serve side started spewing smoke from the water reservoir and making a loud noise. I brought it to BB and wouldn't take it or even give store credit as it wasn't within their return policy.

    I have never used this brand before so i didn’t know what to expect. I am happily surprised. No problems with shipment, packaging was great, seems like quality materials. Set up was super easy, instructions easy to read and attractive brochures. i have only used the single serve at this time but works great
