I love this program. It is a great teaching tool for my tutoring center. I recommend this product to anyone learning how to type. The steps are easy to understand and it takes you through everything at the right pace.

I bought this for my 9 year old, but I think it may not be suitable for him. We are using a free web based one that starts a bit slower. It seems like a good program, just not his speed yet. Saving it on the computer for when he is ready. Should have one more level down to really encompass every level of beginner user.

I bought this program as a Christmas present to help my 15 year old son learn to type. I was pleasantly surprised to see that he actually uses it without being prompted. Couldn't be happier!

I bought the Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing software so my daughter could learn to type. This software has taught my daughter the correct placement of her fingers on the keys, and the typing activities keeps her engaged and on track. My daughter's typing has greatly improved and she is on her way to becoming a very good typist. I would recommend this product to family and friends

Good software. Very useful and didactic. I use it all the time.

I like this typing program a lot. I am about half way through it and have greatly increased my skill already. I gave it to my brother, a lawyer, who has to do very long documents. If you really want to dramatically increase your typing skill this program gives you the method to do it in a clear, intelligent, and efficient manner. What more can you ask for?

I never was able to type with out looking at the keyboard, with the lessons it has really helped me start typing without looking at the keyboard.

I've purchased many Mavis Beacon typing CD's through the years and I've always found them to be excellent resources for typing practice. The only improvement I would suggest would be adding a few typing games to the program.
