Very hard to Download
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this item hoping not only it to help me to learn how to type better and faster, but also relying that it was easy to download like all the other different programs i have bought before, I followed the downloading instructions by going to http://go.encoreusa.com/1399 as is shown in the instructions book, but it doesn't exist, then I tried the same by switching my browser, still the same, so i went to the actual website to find other possible ways to get this done but the technical support simply doesn't make it easy for their customer to reach out, they have a phone number but only available on weekdays, today is Saturday and i am unable to use this crappy software.(no mention that i tried the CD that is included but it wont work as well). As a customer I expect it to be easy to get it downloaded like any other software out there, but this Mavis Beacon SUCKS!!!!!
