I have been looking for this product for a long time and the price was just right has been one of my best purchases for my back and neck.

This item is okay but it's not what I was hoping for. The nodules fit awkwardly when trying to use on my back. It's almost painful. I have a small frame so it very well could be my size that makes it so uncomfortable. The product is also VERY loud. My kids enjoy playing with it.

good massager, I was expecting a shiatsu style.. at first I was disapointed.. but I actually prefer it now.. good massager, the heat function works well, only bad thing is it turns it self off a little too fast but you can just turn it on again.

this product is very good, and powerful, but it is not for the neck, can't seem to get it placed there, just below the neck only

I like how it heats up and stays heated for a long while. It has multiple speeds and pressure.

There are a number of similar products out there. We actually tested 5 other versions and brands. Ended up buying this one. It did the best job of really getting in on those sore and tight muscles. Highly recommended.

Bought one for my wife for Christmas and it quit working right within a few weeks. We had no problems returning it and getting a new one. So far, the 2nd one works great.

The different levels feel so good on my back and shoulders!! So happy I bought this item. My wife loves it also, especially for the pain on the lower part of her neck.

This is definitely more powerful than those traditional shiatsu massagers you see at bed batha and beyond. Maybe even too powerful. It did have an impact on my neck but if it was for better or for worse I am still trying to figure out.

It doesn't work as my expectation. Only three modes and only for shoulder, not neck.

bought this as deal of the day for my fiancé. performs very well but the unit is very heavy.

Product was great. However, it kept heating up even when the heat was turned off.
