Brookstone Shiatsu is the closest thing I've found to having a massage therapist working on your back muscles. I've read some reviews saying that it's too hard of a massage...but all you have to do is adjust the distance between you and the Shiatsu to find your comfort level.

Wonderful massager. Relaxing and soothing in the evening after a long day at work.

The "balls" stick out a bit much on the massager which can be a bit "rough". We have found it to be a good quality product.

Massage takes some getting used to but love the heat! Still trying to get the right position for maximum comfort and effect.

I used it For a few weeks. It's great for a firm massage. But it started making a loud squeal sound and eventually completely quit working after using it for about 3wks.

Works better than any other lumbar support massager I've tried. I think it has to do with the three heads on each side versus the normal two. I use it very often for pain relief.

I bought one for myself as I have frequent lower back pain and one for my son-in-law for Christmas as he has been having back pain. He made a point to thank me for his gift and that it was great!!! I bought both of them at Best Buy for a great price!

Got this for my son who does a lot of heavy lifting and gets a sore lower back. He loves it and when I can sneak in his room to use, it feels so good!

I loved this product, but after using it only 3 times it makes a loud screeching noise to the point that I can not even use it anymore. I would love to be able to exchange this product for a working one.

After trying out many other massagers, I realized that I need one that can handle the pressure I put on it. This one kicked my butt! way to go Brookstone.

I thought it was a good massager, but it make too strong and fast moviments. Also, it doesn’t have differents speed or intensity. Honestly, I felt pain in my kidneys area. I had have to return.

I love the fact that you can strap it to a chair and you can put it at any area of your back that you need it.
