I bought this scanner to copy a manuscript and other papers of my deceased brother. You can place about 20 sheets in the feeder and they generally feed through without a problem. I did have to purchase an OCR app since I couldn't get the one included to work. Overall a good purchase for the price. Very light and portable.

Scans great. Double sided in one pass. Did plastic cards in front feed with no issues. Good speed. Only gripe is configuring the settings. Complicated from their software and touch screen not responsive and limited options on lcd touch screen menu.

I sent it back because the guides that hold the paper were flimsy, and the paper would go crooked when it passed through. I didn't like that at all. It was easy to use and it is a nice scanner, just not for me

I really like the different ways that it can save the file. You can attach a USB drive, send it to a NAS drive, connect it to your computer, send it to dropbox, etc. The touchscreen is very useful as well as you can customize and set up different shortcuts/destinations.

Scanning photos are fast and easy. The scanning speed is dependent on the resolution you choose, but with the medium default of 300x300 dpi the scanning is extremely fast with excellent image results. The scanner feeder accepts about 15 photos of various sizes and rarely jams.

This duplex scnaner is amazing. Scans both sides in one pass, and so fast! It’s also small and folds up into a bar that is easy to store when not using. Not sure how heavy duty it is, but more than adequate for occasional use such as scanning in bills on a monthly basis and not having to keep a ton of paperwork around. For the bad...I could not figure out how to get the email and other functions to work. Seems like I need to update to the very latest Mac OS to use their software, and I don’t have time to mess with installing any updates first so I skipped it. Instead, I just popped in a flash drive and scanned right to that, which I could then transfer to my computer if I wanted to. Didn’t need any software for that, just used the corresponding option from the touchscreen display.

I use this item more than I expected I would. It has reduced my need for file space. It scans both sides of a document with one pass and it does it quickly. I can then store the item on a hard drive rather than keeping paper copies. I am still finding ways to use it more efficiently.

This is the fastest scanner I've seen. It works well with Mac - I have not tried it with Windows, but I expect it would also work. Not only does it scan one side fast, but it scans both sides immediately - very impressive

I bought it because my all in one laser printer scanner isn’t working now...More difficult to install and I had an IT friend install it. No connection cord to desk top in the box... All WiFi But it is nice scanner

It's very user friendly. Like the options of single/double sided scan. Like ability to scan cards/IDs. Great that it does black/white and color.

I WILL WRITE ANOTHER REVIEW ONCE THE NEW CORD COMES IN AND I CAN FINISH SETTING IT UP. DURING THE SETUP, IT RECOMMENDS THAT YOU CONNECT TO THE COMPUTER WITH A USB CORD, BUT DID NOT COME WITH ONE. I AM IRRITATED THAT I HAVE TO MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE AND WAIT FOR IT TO COME IN. I DO NOT LIVE IN A CITY AND IT IS NOT WORTH THE HOUR DRIVE TO PICK ONE UP. AND IT IS THURSDAY EVENING! IT WOULD SHIP ON FRIDAY AND WOULD NOT REACH ME UNTIL MONDAY! IT IS HOWEVER, VERY COMPACT AND LIGHT. FOR THE PRICE, I WOULD THINK IT WOULD COME WITH ALL NECESSARY PARTS FOR WHATEVER SET UP YOU CHOOSE.

Portable and space saving. Only credit card or ids are scanned double sided. You sometimes need to push on the paper before the roller to engages the document to be scanned.

Great for business and work. Portable wireless device can carry anywhere. Very easy to use.

Absolutely amazing product! I now own three separate scanners for my businesses! They work extremely well and the staff love to use them given how easy they are! Would recommend to anyone!

Great portable scanner. In order to make it work at its full potential, you need to download the software suite from the manufacturer's website. I've been using it wirelessly and it works great.

It was easy to set this up and connect wirelessly to my laptop. The card slot is great for scanning cards. You can rotate copies so landscape pages are oriented correctly. Great buy!

Needed something for quick scans, does the job but wouldn't buy again. For one has to be plugged in, no battery so can't use it if I'm traveling in a car. Scans will sometimes go sideways, and at times I have to scan long sheet and it won't go through unless i go back into settings and change it and re-scan. Not happy with it but stuck with this overpriced unit. Should of stayed with my Doxie, little bit better then this.

I have a lot of scanning, but no photos and not enough to justify spending more. Scan speed is impressive. Scan quality is adjustable and more than adequate to replace boxes of paper. I really like it and would buy it again.

Works good and is easy to use. It need an additional USB cable to set it up that was not included. This should have been disclosed at the time of purchase

Works great! It's fast and can send files to a thumb drive, computer or phone or by email and many other ways!
