This is by far the best printer I’ve purchased. Easy to use. Prints documents quickly and easily. Upload docs quickly. Just a superb item.

I love Brother products - easy to setup, prints well and scans even better.

Big and heavy but works really great. I like the 11x17 capability. The only drawback for me is that it will not print a partial page of wallet size checks. 8.5x11 paper is fed into the printer by the long edge. Even photos are good quality.

Many features and way better quality than my previous Epson. I had never bought a Brother printer before as they usually cost a little more than Epson. But since my Epson were tending to not last as long, so I looked for other options. This printer is AWESOME! Loaded with features and the connectivity w/other apps and services is a great added bonus. Love everything about it so far!!!

Easy to hook up and program, and it prints a lot faster than my old printer.

I purchased this printer because it had everything I could possibly need in a multifunction printer. Wifi, Wifi Direct, two-sided scanning, ability to print larger size pages (11x17, etc), ability to scan to the cloud (Google Drive, Drop Box), and so on. However, I've had a few issues with the printer, to include a phantom "paper jam" with no paper evident, which took a bit of work to correct. The company's customer support is also not the best out there. That said, this has met and exceeded my expectations for a home or small office printer.

This is a great printer for a small/medium office. This is my 2nd or 3rd one. We use it because it can scan and print ledger size documents. Setup is a little difficult as you need to go fairly deep into the desktop setup tools to adjust default locations for scans and things, but all in all, it is a great machine once you have it up and running. It last about 5 years of fairly heavy use.

This printer is awesome for both business and at home for personal use. Tabloid size is great to show more on one page and large ink cartridges last a very long time. Will recommend it for others in my company and anyone with a home office. Great for scans and photos too.

What else can I say! One of the best all in one printers that I have ever owned! And believe me, I have owned quite a few!

Much more than I really needed for our small business but glad I purchased it. Always had good luck with Brother.

This is great if you will use it a lot and the ink is reasonable too!! It is a large machine!!

We use the printer for low volume, color print jobs. It works perfectly for our use.

Great printer. Easy to use. There are 3 different tray that we can choose.

I purchased the same printer last year and purchased the 4 year warranty on it. The Scan button was the first to go. I could only operate it from the computer, Then the paper feeder 6 months later got stuck continuosly, thirdly the ink would not accept the new cartridge, something became wrong with the sensor. Minor things that needed to be taken care of, so I exchanged it for the same one and so far it's been great.

Perfect for 11x17 Business Work! Brother printers have always been great!

I have nothing bad to say about this unit, great unit, it works just fine so far.
