Every time you load paper in it, it still claims you need to load paper. Double sided prints rarely work without getting getting a paper jam. Very slow printing as well.

Couldn't get beyond a "paper jam" error

The printer showed a "paper jam" error. I tried every option listed but to no avail. Googling the error showed others had the similar issues. So, upon reading other's issues, I decided to return the printer and purchase a Canon G7020 and that has worked just fine so far.

My laser 4L from 1980 printed faster than this. Cartridges too small capacity, the usual manufacturer ripoff on ink - we'll see if it allows aftermarket ink
