Worth it for the added extras

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The only other seeing machine I have had is a mechanical Singer Prèlude for like $140 in the early 2000s and this one is definitely worth the upgrade. The machine itself is SO much quieter, and much easier to adjust speed. The mechanical one I had it was so hard to go slowly. The extra hundred stitches or so are nice but what you’re truly paying for are the added extras. I was either going to get this machine or a Singer Heavy Duty for $199.99 and this one is definitely the better value. I get an added hardtop case, walking foot, and even a cool little tabletop piece for keeping things flat while feeding it to the machine. I guess it feels a little bit less like I am the one sewing and more like the machine is the one sewing than ever before but even so, it allows me to be able to be even more creative. Definitely recommend even at the $199.99 price. With my Best Buy Visa I even got 5% back in rewards.
