This has been an excellent printer. Setup was relatively easy but it did take a few tries before I succeeded. It was priced comparable with other models but I went with the Brother because of the high ratings by Consumer Reports. I chose Best Buy because they always provide excellent customer service.

This printer replaced another Brother printer that was damaged due to lightning. The employees at Best Buy could not have been any better. They were fantastic. I had an extended warranty and they happily replaced the dead printer.

The only complaint I have is that it doesn't stay connected to the wifi and often will cancel a print job part way through or won't print at all. Works well for what we need overall.

I replaced my Canon inkjet printer with this faster Brother 3-in-1 Laser printer. I was so tired of the inkjet's printer heads getting clogged, having to add ink, dealing with old ink, and then the slowness. Installation was really easy with online directions.

This is an excellent printer; you can even use your phone to print items directly from your phone. I only wish they had one in color. But I love how easy it is to set up and you can use WIFI to connect to other devise

This is my updated purchase of the brother laser wireless printer. Altho, it only takes black toner, no color ink, I think this is a big plus because it's alot cheaper in the long run. Toner lasts a long time. It is fast , holds alot of paper and very clear prints.

These are workhorses. I bought this for a friend, after owning a similar model that is still running perfectly over many years now.

Brother printers are the best. Owned one before and it was great. Had an HP that only lasted a year.

Easy to follow instructions. The prints come out nice.

Does everything it says it will do. I use it with WIFI from my laptop and hardwired to my PC.

This is an excellent printer I use it for professional and personal purposes. Everyone in my household is uses it when needed as well.

Very nice, small office/personal use copier, printer, scanner. Easy to set up and was easy to make a wireless printer. Good value for the money. Would definitely repurchase. Brother makes good, reliable products.

I have had it for about a week. LOVE IT! The print quality is great! Be aware that it only makes black and white copies...which is fine with me. I have an extra printer that prints color if need be. Looking forward to not having to continually buy printer ink!
